DId 3 set of passport photo ...for $56 !!!or so 1 set came decline by the US passport office because hair was a bit cut on the picture ... did them at 8 pm Call the next day at noon no exchange possible ...unless I buy a new one and ask the US PASSPORT OFFICE to give me the one we give them ....Bad costumer service no wonder they have 2 stars

They're great for hygiene and makeup and last minute food items. The Pharmacy is convenient as well. Some of their prices are too high!

Had not been to this CVS location in at least a year, despite living about a mile away. I agree with the previous comments from Susie M. The young staff is to be commended for their good customer service. They offer help without one having to ask, as they are stocking aisles. Cashiers are efficient despite having to contend with all sorts of customers.

I've never had a good or easy experience with this pharmacy. They don't pick up the phone, and they gave me wrong information that ended up making me miss my medication

Absolutely impossible to get the pharmacy on the phone. Tried calling three times today. The first time someone hung up on me, and the second two times I waited over 25 minutes with no answer. Had the same exact issue last time I was filling a prescription, too. Incredibly frustrating.

I don’t know why this CVS gets such poor reviews. I’m there several times a month and I’m always amazed with the staff. The pharmacy department is wonderful! They always make sure I get all discounts or coupons applied. Pharmacists are happy to explain your prescriptions and renew for you. If I can’t find something someone walks me to the aisle and shows me exactly where it is. If I’m having difficulty at the self check out someone notices and offers to ring me up. I love this store. It’s not the store’s fault Santa Monica has homeless people living in the adjacent alley. They even have security to make you feel safer due to problems constantly occurring in downtown. Excellent customer service all around.

It’s a CVS Photo with Kodak machines that won’t accept photos from the internet. It requires plugging in your phone using a cable and giving the machine full access to your photo library. In the end, the cables get so damaged that it did not work anyways. A staff member did try to help me but in the end told me to try another store.

Prescriptions come in late, the phone system is from hell, and the online site for CVS doesn't work most of the time. I've been going to this store for over 20 years now, and I'm watching it and CVS just becoming worse and worse. I might have to find a better pharmacy to work with.

If you are a traveler like me and used to neat and decent organized CVS stores, then don't come here. It's a mess. Most of the store is actually for other items than pharmacy and there is hardly any staff around to get items from behind these newly installed locks. The homeless situation is indeed worrying. You are better off going to the CVS in the target a few blocks away, but even that has its problems...

Too many issues with their CVS select gift cards, either the system or the person who rang me up was shady or didn't know how to use either. They told me one of my cards had a zero balance which wasn't correct and that they knew no info about what items can be purchased with the card, more in a hurry to tell me what couldn't be purchased. So since the store is retardedly overpriced I had to put things back and pay out of pocket. Never returning there, they need to start closing some stores down asap.

Worst Pharmacy in the history of Pharmacy's. Inefficient awful customer service, always a line with ridiculous wait times, often out of stock of common medication's... Not to mention all the homeless people surrounding the store when you enter! Awful!

The wait time to speak to the pharmacy on the phone averages 20 minutes if you're luck. It can be 40 minutes. It's outrageous.

This cvs is toxic. The pharmacist is extremely rude and has a habit of hanging up the phone on customers. Worse, I was recently prescribed a medication that required a step up in dosages (.25 mg in the first month, .5 in second, and 1 mg in the third). It was my first time taking the medication. I showed up to pick up the meds and got extremely sick for a few days after taking the first med. It turned out the pharmacy did not have the low dosages in stock and decided to just give me the largest dosage instead without telling me anything. Upon calling the pharmacy back after I realized that the dosage was wrong, I was scolded by the pharmacist saying it was my fault for not telling them which prescription to fill first. No apology whatsoever and not a damn given about the fact that I got very sick from their carelessness. Please run as far away from this pharmacy as you can.
