At this facility, my doctor can't fax or give written prescriptions AND when you get here they tell you the wrong information to digitally send it in. It would be one thing if they just made a mistake but then they treat you like crap. In particular a young white man, who makes you feel like you don't matter because you didn't follow the rules even though they gave you the wrong phone number when you got here the first time. I am a 50-year-old white woman so I can only imagine what other people deal with here.When I got here, they said they did not have my prescription so I asked where do I send it to and they gave me the wrong number. I come back an hour later with two little kids. Everybody is sick and they still don't have it. Again, The treatment is very poor. There's no understanding or how can I help you.

Came here for the first time a couple of days ago and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Came in looking for tylenol, that's it. The girl who worked there sounded like she never stepped foot in the store in her life. I just wanted to know where to get it, and I ended up leaving without buying anything. Definitely never coming back.

Other reviewers commenting the pharmacy hangs up on you is correct. Called three times and waited. They picked up and then hung up. It’s not just me, it’s happening to many others. Fix this CVS. This is disgraceful behavior.

Kind of shocked at all the negative pharmacy reviews. I had my prescriptions transferred here when the Vons on Broadway & Lincoln closed. This is way closer to my home, 3 blocks, I can just walk now. They call me when my prescriptions are ready, I also get texts. Never had a problem with the staff, always courteous and attentive. There’s rarely any line at all. I can’t imagine what all these whiners are complaining about. I’m only leaving a review to try to balance out all the negativity. I imagine it’s hard enough for the employees to deal with all the vagrants and drug addicts that constantly terrorize the store, without having to deal with self entitled impatient prima donna customers on top of it all. Give ‘em a break people! Yeeesh!

Am very happy with the Pharmacy. They are friendly, professional and the wait times are very short. (I am able to go at off times.) The other staff are far and few between, but are very helpful as soon as you find one. Short staffing is the new normal. I take a breath and adjust my expectations.

I wish people would stop stealing from this place. The theft is rampart which really sucks for the company. However, I come here because they have my favorite candies, Good and Plenty! Also, the staff is super helpful and amazing!

Exceptionally bad customer service from pharmacy. Very dismissive of a important problem. Had to go to another pharmacy who easy solved it.

This is the worst pharmacy I have EVER had the pleasure of visiting. I’m stuck here as it’s proximal to my house. The pharmacy staff are simply awful. The CVS itself is rarely stocked properly, and filled with vagrants. The staff are also indifferent.

This is the worst CVS location I've ever been to in LA. The pharmacist didn't have my prescription information despite the fact that my doctor had sent it hours ago and then proceeded to reprimand me on how she wouldn't refill my birth control because she didn't like the way I was taking it (which is as my doctor instructed I take it). I waited 40 minutes to talk to her only for her to say she wouldn't fill it even if my doctor ordered it and wouldn't even look at me. And the pharmacy tech who works the register is the most absent-minded, unhelpful employee! Safe to say I transferred my prescription to somewhere else.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Impossible to call them ahead and then always a line and not enough people to help…and the few that do work there are very lack luster.
