"Witnessed The Most, Unprofessional, and Childish management style around, here. previously had no idea the amount of dishonesty that can be displayed in such a brief amount of time.. by 1 human being, but now know! Whatever you do, Absolutely Do Not Apply Here under Any Circumstances. Because no way will this manager treat you any better, just because you're suddenly on the payroll! And l'm only posting this here, because it's become very clear to me, from the way they spoke, that they feel they'll never be held accountable for their actions. as if I weren't relevant, or smart enough to speak up for myself. Pharmacy and customer service is impossible to get ahold of, no one will pick up your call so you need to leave a voicemail but then the call will always drops about 10 seconds into the voicemail.

Quick in and out thanks to the cvs associate who helped me and multiple people. He found what I was looking for and was polite 30 minutes before closing.

The customer service doesn’t get any lower. I was on hold for over 24 minutes, just waiting for a pharmacist to answer. Then they just disconnected me. I hadn’t spoken to a single person. I guess it just automatically disconnects you after that long so it doesn’t come up in their reports that a customer waited 30, 40, mins, however long it may have taken. I understand the Pharmacists are very busy, but this location is poorly managed- they need to staff up. This location is very dirty & poorly maintained.

This is my second time attempting to pick up a prescription with an over 30 minute wait. It’s RIDICULOUS. Pharmacy needs to hire more people and get it together!

Other reviewers commenting the pharmacy hangs up on you is correct. Called three times and waited. They picked up and then hung up. It’s not just me, it’s happening to many others. Fix this CVS. This is disgraceful behavior.

This is the worst pharmacy I have EVER had the pleasure of visiting. I’m stuck here as it’s proximal to my house. The pharmacy staff are simply awful. The CVS itself is rarely stocked properly, and filled with vagrants. The staff are also indifferent.

At this facility, my doctor can't fax or give written prescriptions AND when you get here they tell you the wrong information to digitally send it in. It would be one thing if they just made a mistake but then they treat you like crap. In particular a young white man, who makes you feel like you don't matter because you didn't follow the rules even though they gave you the wrong phone number when you got here the first time. I am a 50-year-old white woman so I can only imagine what other people deal with here.When I got here, they said they did not have my prescription so I asked where do I send it to and they gave me the wrong number. I come back an hour later with two little kids. Everybody is sick and they still don't have it. Again, The treatment is very poor. There's no understanding or how can I help you.

Came here for the first time a couple of days ago and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Came in looking for tylenol, that's it. The girl who worked there sounded like she never stepped foot in the store in her life. I just wanted to know where to get it, and I ended up leaving without buying anything. Definitely never coming back.
