I LOVE this nursery, it is conveniently located on the coast close to Will Rogers State Beach, just north of Santa Monica Pier. Beautiful indoor and outdoor plants of all sizes all placed and displayed in a very tropical and natural way, you feel you are in a tropical rainforest! The staff is extremely friendly and allow you to walk-through, browse, and take pictures. This is a must-visit if you are a plant-lover, a local, or a tourist wanting a luscious experience.

This place is incredible. There are so many varieties of plants and they’re beautiful. Pricing is also great compared to other nurseries in LA (and I’ve been to a lot). The owner is so insanely kind and it was truly a small business. You can tell he loves the plants and was very honest about their condition and age and all info. It was such a win on all sides and I am so so happy to have supported him and have amazing new bougainvillea and lavender and so much more. I loved the owner and place so much, it definitely should be a go-to.

Been getting plants and GORGEOUS orchids here for years. I can’t say enough good things about this little gem of a place. Joon, the owner, is the real deal. He loves his plants, cares for them so well and is so helpful identifying the right plant for the right spot. Super knowledgeable.

Had been wanting to visit after years of driving past but never had as I thought it would be overpriced. So happy to discover a huge store filled with amazing healthy plants (indoor and outdoor) looked after by the friendliest owner who propagated most of them himself over the last 30 years. Highly recommend.

I'm beyond happy I discovered Country Plants! I went for the first time today. I was looking for bougainvillea on a trellis. After striking out at some nurseries in Culver City, I finally found what I was looking for at Country Plants. The bougainvillea ranged from $90 to $200 depending on the size. The price was right ($200 for a beautiful flowering bougainvillea on a big, 5" x 4" trellis). A trellis alone can cost $50! They had all different colors of bougainvillea. The business owner, Yoon, was so friendly and kind. It reminds you how good it feels to support local business. Not to mention Yoon delivered the bougainvillea to us in Culver City for a tiny delivery fee.Parking tip: There is a dirt area on PCH right in front of the business where you can park (see my photo). If those spots are taken up, try parking on Entrada Drive or Channel Lane.
