From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by both the owner and the staff. It truly feels like stepping into a cozy home every time I come here to do my laundry.One of the standout features of this place is the modern setup. Gone are the days of fumbling for loose change or lugging around heavy bags of quarters. Instead, they offer a convenient card system, eliminating the hassle of coins altogether. Plus, if you find yourself short on cash, there's a handy solution next door at the liquor store where you can easily top up your card.The atmosphere here is relaxed and inviting, making it a pleasant experience to spend time waiting for your laundry to finish. And speaking of waiting, if you happen to develop a craving while your clothes are in the wash or dry cycle, fear not! Just a quick hop over to Baskin Robbins, conveniently located nearby, satisfies any sweet tooth cravings.Overall, I can't recommend this laundry mat enough. Whether you're in need of a reliable place to get your laundry done or simply want to enjoy a cozy atmosphere with friendly faces, this is the spot for you. Clean Laundromat plenty of machines, very friendly owner helped me out since they have a card system I just gave her the cash and she let me use the store card I'm a van lifer just passing thru so she didn't make me buy the card

I’ve only used their self service machines. They use this card system wherein you pay $2 just to get a card that you can load up with funds. You can only use paper cash to do this, and their ATM was busted at the time of this review. Once you get the card and load money onto it, you can’t get the money back off of it without mailing it to the card company. Because the machines use amounts that aren’t in whole dollars, you can’t actually use everything on one card. Also their dryers don’t have an unheated setting.

Love their giant 7 load and 5 load washers to do all of my bed covers. Very friendly staff there to help with whatever you need.

Machines are often all used by fluff and fold OR broken. The money cards are iffy- sometimes don't work well. There are Scientology pamphlets on the machines. The women who work there are very nice and helpful, but the business for self-laundering is not very well run.

Make sure you carry cash or else you're only other option is to withdraw from a random ATM. There are no other payment options. The laundromat itself is clean but the payment options is limited to cash only. You have purchase a "value card" for $2 and then it's $5 a load. You cannot purchase a value card with a credit/debit card. Their ATM machine is also down.

FANTASTIC SPOT!!! Each machine works & they have more larger washes than I've ever seen anyone have. The owner is very nice- the staff are top tier professional & they have done my fluff& fold for 20 yrs. I wouldn't go anywhere else because no one can top their services. Thank you Clean People!!!

There was nothing wrong with the laundry, mat itself, but the, what I believe were the owners, were rude, and quite honestly made me feel uncomfortable. The moment I walked in the gentleman who I believe is one of the owners of the laundromat, stared at me as if he was trying to intimidate me when I was putting in my clothes in the laundry machine. Even comes up to me asks "can I help you?" as if I was there for any other reason than to just do my laundry. I leave the laundry mat and come back to put my clothes in the dryer and, to be fair, pulled the door a little earlier than it was ready, but the lady who I believe is the wife of the other owner says in a rude tone "it's not ready yet." To cap it all off, and probably the weirdest instance of it all, as I'm in my car driving away from the laundromat I look in and the owner is standing at the door, staring at me as I dry by. Very weird situation.

I learned about their bizarrely hostile no photo policy after attempting to take a photo of a chair. However my towels came back pretty clean.

They are the most helpful and professional people. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and it has the same employees. They are so kind and they always have a smile on their face and good energy. The facility is always one of the most clean in LA. Also they always have a few employees on hand to keep an eye things. I highly highly recommend this place for wash and food or self use.
