I haven't bought tile from them or had any experience with their sales staff but I stopped in today and I bought a box of grout. It was the most expensive grout Iv ever bought. I really paid for that convenience of not having to drive to my regular tile supply location. I just think you should be competitive with the basics like thinset, grout and other installation materials. My first impression wasn't too keen and the mark up was almost $20 above everywhere else Iv ever bought grout from. I asked if there was a contractor discount and the older gentleman said no. He explained he doesn't sell like Home Depot. My experience will definitely not encourage me to refer clients to them. I encourage readers to go to Mission Tile West. They have amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Beautiful tile and flooring store.Everything is so well displayed, and easy to appreciate. The owner is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the products is excellent. They have a beautiful and unique selection of tile, marble, floors and so much more. I highly recommend them!

Great showroom for tile but you can find the same stuff anywhere, less choices for countertops, and the staff is hardly informative nor helpful. It appears only one person helps most people and his name is Jon and I will say he's knows his product and has rather decent taste. I purchased a a countertop slab which I still have yet to told what brand. All I know it's quartz. Even the invoice doesn't stipulate the brand/producer. My initial order was for a specific glass tile and a specific quantity. I wasn't given an invoice for the tile (may have been an oversight as I did receive an invoice for the countertop.) Not only did they charge me for freight/shipping, which was never mentioned, but I also noticed they increased my tile order by 10.5 and on the invoice listed a restocking fee of any returned tile. I am now aware to look for that and caught another company using the same tactic. Further, after returning the tile and assuring the store that I won't ever shop there again, the "branch manager" sends me an email "closing my account." What account? I purchased two items and paid immediately the full amounts which one order had defective chips in the glass tile, hence the return. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the slab yet as the installer they recommended picked up the slab and at a cost (not what they originally stated either.) The whole transaction feels slippery. These remodels are an investment and it's better to choose people you can trust. Therefore, I want to highly recommend, Cosmos, Westside Tile (check quantity), pricey Mission Tile (Santa Monica) , Competive Mission Tile (Pasadena) and Imperial in North Hollywood.

I’m so glad I found this tile store. I have been shopping around town for tiles. I can say this is one of the best tile store in LA with competitive pricing. Not only the store offer best quality tile, they have great knowledge, Jon gave me professional suggestions, he is very responsive and he gave support through the whole project. I’m doing the first time remodeling, he is very patient with me, he showed me the whole store and did itemized quote for each bathroom (I have 5 bathrooms). The quote he created is clean and easy to understand, it helped me through the project.The store is beautiful. Shopping here is a meditation for me. It offered me some peace in my chaotic construction process.Also Jon referred me a good fabrictor, he is professional and detail oriented. The result came out outstanding.Thank you classic tile.

Perfect place to get all your regular & specialty grout and caulking colors. They have a whole assortment of custom brand grout and caulking which is a good product. Our company frequently uses this brand, easy to mix and works in grout joints from 1/16 to 1/2 inch. Does the job of most sanded and non sanded grouts in one box.

Great experience here. We got all our supplies here to build a bathroom. When I walked in the sales people were all talking to designers and I figured I'd get poor service because I'm a home owner not a builder or designer; not the case. I received great service and they were very helpful and patient with aspects of finishing the job that I knew nothing about.

Great family business in the heart of SM. Got me what I needed fast at a reasonable price for our remodel. First project so we were maxed out but they made it work. Got our kitchen and restroom tiles from them. You get what you pay for, thank you gentlemen :)
