Worst bank for small business ever. Do not open an account here. It is impossible to get help either online or in person. I stayed on hold for 1 hour before they hung up on me. Stay away from this bank if you are a business owner! Mark R does not return emails nor phone calls.

Impossible to access account either online or by phone without a debit card--and upon opening an account at the branch, no one bothers to tell you that piece of information. The 800 number is completely useless. Endless waits on hold, listening to recordings, and then the system hangs up on you.

Citibank should be ashamed of their employees in this branch.. They do not know what they are doing. I had to explain to the teller that she was doing it wrong about 3 times before she agreed with me and decided to ask her coworker..horrible customer service
