Rented U-haul, drove 9 total miles; he charged me 50$ for gas and gas fee; the gas cap was broken and unable to put gas in myself. I was then told that didn’t care and it wasn’t his business; said his name was george probably lied about that too.

I've stopped here on and off over the last 4 years. Each time I am amazed by how nice this place is getting, business is definitely good. Yet when you ask for a restroom, there answer is always the same. "We don't have one at the moment." How about you just be honest and say either "we have one and don't want to let anyone use it so that we don't have to clean it" or "we don't plan of putting one in EVER!!!" I doubt their employees are here all day without somewhere to use the restroom. Yes it is nice and clean but not having a restroom automatically earns them a single star rating.

They have a charging station for Tesla's. I went inside to buy a drink & snack and asked to use the restroom. I was very rudely told that there is no restroom. I may not have been buying gas, but I always purchase some kind of snack & drink when asking to use the restroom. If I'm going to be sitting in a station for a long time, I prefer ones that allow me to use the restroom. I'd rather pay more at another location. I won't be coming back to this location again.

I was violently attacked by a woman who was working in the store. She seemed upset that i was getting coffee and asked me to leave, then she sprayed my face and eyes with pepper spray as i was trying to leave! she appeared to be mentally unstable, as her commentary was very illogical and i was no threat to her at any point whatsoever. i am concerned for the safety of other patrons. the police were called and will arrest the woman eventually, but if anyone knows legal resources or places i can report the incident to, please let me know.

$30 to park when renting a uhaul is extortion. Not to mention the gas is over $1.50 cheaper at the shell across the street.
