Despite the extended wait times, this gas station offers the best prices when you're a member. However, visits to the store aren't typically tied to refueling, contrary to their expectations. While contemplating a diesel truck, it seems they only provide regular and premium gasoline options, limiting choices for diesel vehicle owners.

Credit cards machine at the pumps are almost always out and you have to walk to the cashier to put gas in the car

I went in to grab some gum, the place had a bunch of flies and then once I bought my little gum packet. He gave me a dollar and 75 cents back for an item that cost a dollar 39!! Safe to say I won't be going back again.

Don't ever use this gas station. On two occasions, I've attempted to fill gas here, felt gas go through the pump handle, only to find out through my car's fuel gauge that no gas had been dispensed. I don't know if they have a defective pump or they are deliberately deceiving customers, but it is very suspicious.

I been coming on this gas station for convenience, but it’s frustrating! Why! Every time I come I need my receipts. Although I always chose “Yes” for receipt on the Screen, but after pumping my gas … shows in screen…. The Rude Clerk has the receipts! ??What the used of making the selection on the Pump Screen…right?I asked the Clerk today 9/10/22 early morning 730iiis.How come there is no receipts on any pump? Everytime I come here I had to come in. This is the gas station I go all the time…guess what Daniel [the Clerk] response…”You know you have other choices of gas station!!!WOW! I hope the owner read my comments!!! Because he/she just lost a regular customer, because I took Daniel advice…I told him …”I probably do that!”I came back again that I might report them to consumer affair …Daniel said Go ahead make your report!The idea of getting receipts on the pump so I don’t need to deal with a RUDE Clerk!! like DANIEL and health safe!

I buy gas all the time. And they refused to let me use the air. I had to pay. Even though it's a state law.

Suuuuuper annoying that the employee has the door locked so you're unable to get any "gas station snacks"!! Was hormonal & craving a chocolate bar but when I went to open door it was locked, so I opted to just pay for my gas but had to wait for the cashier to finally look up from whatever he was doodling . He did not offer me to come inside so I'm gonna assume only gas is available- even though it says 24 hours. Not the end of the world but Idk- just kinda annoying tbh.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, pumps don’t work and no one will help. Got my credit card locked in to the system and no one would come out to help

They rushed to work with on the grounds that they were reasonable, clear, and compact. I used to work at a corner store nearby. It's odd to run over such a service station, and the laborers are well mannered and strong.

Sadly disappointing. The customer service is lacking. My tire was low & this was the closest gas station after leaving my doctors appointment. My mother in law went to ask if they could turn on the air so I can pump some air in my low tire. The man told her no, she has to pay. So she came back, got $2.00 and went for change. After we paid the $1.50 in the quarters he gave us, still no machine working. So I walked and asked him to turn it on. He stated I had to pay the machine. I explained, I did in fact pay and it wasn't turning on. He very annoyed turned it on while I had to walk and hurry to pump air. Negative stars on the attitude & lack of customer service. I was under the impression gas stations give you free air for your car. Guess I was incorrect.

Last Sunday I exchanged a propane tank at the Chevron in Santa Monica at the corner of 14th and Santa Monica. I brought the tank home and found that the valve is defective because no gas came out. I took it back immediately (within 10 minutes) to exchange it for a new tank and they said "No exchanges, no refunds". After calmly explaining the problem multiple times, and pointing out that the tank was still full and I had only been gone for 10 minutes, I could see I was not getting anywhere. I needed the tank that day so I asked if I could pay $25 for a new exchange, and she responded that they don't accept broken tanks. This is the point where I started laughing because I thought that she surely must be joking. She did, after all, just exchange my perfectly well functioning (but empty) tank for this full (but broken) one. I started looking around to find the film crew, thinking for sure I must be on one of those hidden camera TV shows. She said I should come back when her manager is there, but my work schedule makes that very inconvenient. She then tried to sell me the defective tank for $65. I went home to troubleshoot, thinking that perhaps my propane regulator emergency shutoff had somehow closed and gotten stuck, but the tank wouldn't work with other regulators either. There is clearly and obviously something wrong with the tank, not with me. So I took it back today (Saturday...6 days later) thinking the manager might be there, but the manager was not there and a new person repeated the mantra "No exchanges, no refunds", and "come back when my manger is here". This place really has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered.If you are thinking of exchanging a propane tank, DO NOT GO TO SANTA MONICA CHEVRON. I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration I have gone through.
