My review is for Armando Tello III: Armando has helped me a few times when I’ve come in person do a cash withdrawal and every single time, their demeanor radiates like sunshine. Armando helps you with an air of joy and positivity that absolutely makes my in branch experience a pleasant one. Looking forward to the next time I need to do in person banking. ?

Their phone service is a joke. Impossible to get through. I appreciate Chase services as a whole, but the brick and mortar representation in LA is dismal.

Tsehay Asfaw is horrible at her job. She lacks empathy or any executive problem solving skills when it comes to very serious banking issues. She does not advocate for her clients. she lacks any awareness of her facial expressions and was smiling at me while telling me there was no hope in chase recovering my wire transfer funds. She did not care. full stop. shame on her and chase bank.

Brenda is the most amazing and helpful person at Chase Bank! I had been having troubles with Subaru Motor Finance, and Brenda went above and beyond to help me figure out what the problem was when nobody else would help me at Subaru. She followed up with me, and has been such a nice person to work with at this location. Thank you so much, Brenda!

My account was locked due to fraudulent activity as I was trying to send money to my family in New Orleans because of hurricane Ida. I just happened to be passing this location on Main Street deciding to pop in. I was greeted by a friendly man. I was asked to wait. A banker named Hugo approached me at 10:55am. I was told by Hugo he had a meeting at 11am and he would be with me after. There was no direction on how long I’d wait or if there was anyone else who could help me. I’ve never felt so unimportant. The worse customer service I’ve received.
