On a recent visit, I experienced a distressing situation when I requested to use the restroom facilities due to personal reasons. Upon my request, one of your staff members, who claimed it was their first day and were unfamiliar with the premises, led me to another colleague at a desk instead of assisting me directly. This second employee was very unfriendly and outright refused my request without inquiring if I was a bank customer, which I am. The entire interaction was not only stressful but also handled with a dismissive and unreasonable attitude.
I am disappointed by the lack of empathy and customer care displayed by your staff. As a customer, I expected a basic level of courtesy and assistance, which was not provided.

I love this location! It's a great go to location that is I. The heart of the community. The staff is great! I love the manager. Caleb just so happens to be my teller every time I go and he's amazing. He's a great listener, quick and pay attention to detail

I am so disgusted with Chase Bank. I have moved all my accounts to US BANK. Chase has gone to a foreign call center to handle all online banking issues. It is like dealing with children who know very little about banking. I have experienced very long wait times, and when I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on multiple times. Support for their online banking is a JOKE. Their phone app is well behind the times for wires, transfers, and cumbersome to use versus their already poor online banking site. I would highly recommend any other bank!

I have banked here for many years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and kind. Those with good experiences need to post reviews too! Have a great day!

Rude manager. 1 minute past 4pm on Saturday and he just shoos me away like I’m an annoyance. Never going back again.

Unwilling to help with a simple request for a Notary. Was told that they would only be able to notarize documents if they specifically pertain to a Chase related issue and it didn't matter that I am a Chase customer. Probably not the best business mindset considering most bank branches can handle this request, but I guess I wouldn't know that as I don't run their location. Let's see how that works out for them.Update: I called around to the other Chase branches in the area and every single one of them confirmed that they would be able to provide notary services for this need.

The only good thing about this bank is easy parking. Their customer service is otherwise lacking. I have contacted both private client manager and branch manager multiple times via phone and email, and never gotten a response. Highly dissapointed with Chase bank and this branch in particular.

I'm absolutely appalled by yet more rampant thievery by American banks. News flash: we are in a pandemic. News flash: some of us are stranded away from our homes and need help. Trying to send $75 to help me survive while here, my would-be-helpful friend from overseas had $55 of the amount he sent returned to him while none of it turned up in my actual account. Trying to find out why, I of course got on the phone to Chase. Talking to Chase is like being in Orwelle's "1984" with so much doublespeak which simply ends in the fact that Chase can't act like a decent, grown-up bank and accept wire transfers into the account they recently set up for me, knowing it was set up to help me while I'm held hostage here. So, with a lot of explanation as to why they are perfectly ok not to be able to deal with what in every other country in the world would be something quite normal, they returned that money trying to get through to help me. Oh, oops, not quite returned it all, because in the process, a charge of $20 was incurred. What a great way to earn a living while people are struggling worldwide. Well done Chase! Well done internationally endorsed highway robber "third party" bank that mysteriously popped up along the roadside to take what it could off of whoever was passing by! Hope you're all feeling awesome (and richer!). Meanwhile I still can't eat, or pay my bills. Terrific.

Way too long to wait inside. 5-6 people in line and one teller. Then you get harrassed by the parking guy monitoring the lot even though in fact you were in line in the branch for 25 minutes. It's a miserable branch. I'll go elsewhere. Yuck.
