If you Love your Family, do not put your trust account with Chase. They have requirements that they only share when an issue arises. I am not angry, but they can sure get me riled up. JP Morgan is no better. I met with them three times regarding the trust for my friend, and they never removed her from being the trustee. I am taking her ashes with me when I meet with them because they insist they can only speak to her.

I come to this Chase very often. It's very quiet and quick. The staff work as a team. I normally have the best experience with Jose Dominguez. He's professional, pleasant and give great advice

No wonder they have a 2.8 horrible horrible service. From the tellers to the manager, Cindy . Noone goes above and beyond not even anywhere to help you here. I can't believe better another customer called the attention to the workers to come help than the employees themselves. HUGE HUGE 0 to this branch for their customer service or assistance. Go to a different location.

YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE. I really don"t even want to leave one star. the worst bank I have ever in my entire life (63 years) walked into. In fact I had to call the police on them in order to get what I needed for the SS Dept. My late husband had his social security checks deposited in a fraudulaent account there. when we discovered it, We brought it to the banks attention. I had to go to the bank and wait 2 hours at least 4 times. It has been a year now and I still do not have the 6 months of social security money 10,000.00. How does a bank get away with this???? They do no protect your money. Don't bank here, it is not safe.

Been sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes and haven't been acknowledged yet. Came for a notary. They want you to call and make an appt but every time I call it says everyone is busy and hangs up. The business model is broken. People have walked passed multiple times but not a word of thank you for you patience or anything.

My daughter and I stopped by the bank last week to get a card for my daughter. It was towards closing hour and they were quite busy. However Ms. Brandi Johnson was kind enough to help us. Thank you, Ms. Johnson for your assistance! Much appreciated.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. Hands down worst bank I've ever encountered in many years of banking. The staff is incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional and unhelpful. They do not care about their customers or the safety of their money. Horrible wait times to speak with a banker (>2 hours). A hacker fraudulently routed my father's social security retirement benefits into a fraudulent Chase account. The bank refused to give the money back, refused to look into it, and refused to try and provide any solutions. Very nasty attitudes from all of the staff working here. INCREDIBLY UNSAFE BANKING PRACTICES. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BANK.
