Schwab does not know how to read a document. They are illegally withholding my money from me. They have taken more than a quarter million dollars from me. Charles Schwab doesn't seem to understand the difference between $22,000 and $240,000 because they are illiterate and unprofessional. They have absolutely no business handling anybody's money. So unprofessional that I will be filing a lawsuit against them in the very near future. Call me, Schwab, I dare you. Remember all last week that you had promised me call backs. Another one of Schwab's letdowns. Furthermore, I have been banned from all Schwab properties and they won't return my calls, my question is how do I go about seeking a resolution? Their word is as good as their mathematical abilities, which is as good as their professionalism, which is almost as good as their reading level and proven illiteracy . If only negative Stars or black holes were available as an option for the rating, I would have chosen that, however, one star is as low as I can go. Please hang around because this is going to be posted on YouTube. All of my interactions with Charles Schwab either in person, through police contact, internet documents, and through the phone. I went into this branch today & not only was nobody available at the front desk, a consultant sat inside a glass window (front left) too good to get up and attend to me even though they appeared to be surfing the web and not with a client. Every time Schwab is amazing & I love being a client, but this was unreal. I was eventually greeted by Judith. "Guest services" rep. Judith was incredibly rude, had a bad attitude and told me my request was nearly impossible to complete -- then proceeded to patronize me and wanted me to call Schwab customer care... ummm, you work there! That's your job to look into what you need to do to help a client. After printing me a form with obvious information Judith would've had access to had they looked up my account, I ended up being over it and leaving. On my walk out I called Schwab bank and the request was handled in 10 minutes! Wow. Good luck to this branch with Judith working up front. Worst customer service experience in my life.

Only one person working at the counter and she moved at a snail pace. One guy working with a couple in an office. Been waiting 20 minutes just to make a deposit.This place is very poorly managed.

The online application process requires a home residential address for the applicant, which I found discriminatory to those who have non-traditional living arrangements reliant upon Postal Service boxes. Think of homelessness in terms of those people who travel and navigate. Design your business in a way that respectfully acknowledges and supports the individual client who may be perceived as having less traditional goals, but whose choices might nevertheless bring insights and ingenuity to your client base. Encourage this significant part of the community to organize both their savings and their investments to achieve that. It was communicated that they are only opening accounts online, and that a only soft credit check is done. I also learned that a self-directed account without margin is free without any minimum $ to open, with the robo algorithm available at a minimum of 5k, with a Certified Financial Planner option for $300 to join, and then $30 monthly thereafter. I chose to stop my submission of my application to Charles Schwab only because of the use of the odd phrases "Transparency" and "Sweep Banks."

Attitude - wow. In 25 yrs, this is my first negative experience. So surprised. I hope that by saying something, the team will realize the rare walk-in customer ...is just that, rare. Protocol seems to differ and expectations strange

I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have been very pleased with the service in several cities (Sacrament, Portland, San Francisco), but I must say that Stacey from this location was my favorite representative to meet with. My wife and I had a very informative consultation with her last week. She is a great listener and provides appropriate advice and solutions for our various financial planning questions and needs. A+

Sarah always makes me feel right at home. She's friendly, professional & efficient. I have thoroughly trusted them with my retirement accounts since the early 2000's and I can't understand how u can't LOVE their customer service! They have a Notary on-call who still makes house calls! I mean, hello! And they pick up the phone instead of making you listen to automated messages. I feel thoroughly respected, and so will you.
