They completed (and charged me for) a repair that didn't fix my problem. And then they refused to make it right. Be VERY careful to read all of their negative reviews before trusting them with your vehicle.

This place is extremely discriminatory and
predatory if they can get away with it, they will and don’t make them upset because they will follow you to your car to try and intimidate you but if you stand your ground they act like they are being attacked even tho they followed you a block away from their shop. They do not like anyone that doesn’t look like them or look like they can get a lot of money out of. They are literally scared when they are are approached.

Install rear backup beeper. Bruno did great work and the best prices you can find. He also installed rear break light.

I highly recommend this workshop Basilio and Mario managed to stop an oil leak in the transmission of my truck, after going two different workshops my truck but could not solve the problem, and fortunately these mechanics if they are trained for this type of work, thank you you Bruno's self-service

Mr.Basillio and Mr. Mario are diffenetly my to go guys in the west side for all my car needs. These 2 car guru dudes are master mechanics that tackle any car job I give them big or small. Always polite and courtious they are masters of there craft.

Beware took over 3weeks to fix bumper and in one day fell off Mario blamed me and did not fix his mistake he is rude full of pride. He even said that it’s okay he did not fix it since it’s the insurance money not mine.Service: Body & Trim

i was recommended to go to Bruno's by one of the guys at O'Reilly. I have an older Toyota RAV4 that needed several repairs. Mario took care of it and was the best! My car is running better than it has in years! And the original repair price went down in the end!! That has never happened to me before!!!

Called to get a quote for brake pads change. They started asking questions about the vehicle besides year and model, like engine size. They hang up on me while I was looking up the info and told me to call later because they are with a customer. When I called later and gave them the info (after being on hold) and asked for the quote, they hang up on me again with "I can't give you a quote, I am with a customer". I did not even have a chance to ask them when would be a better time to call, which seemed very rude.It sounds that this business does not have anyone available to pick up the phone and give quotes. I had my water pump replaced here, it was a recommendation from O'Rielys down the st. My final bill was $100 less then the quote I received from another shop and he didn't charge me for labor on a belt that he replaced.
