Echoing the other reviews, I had such a great shopping experience here! Andy helped me out during my visit and was incredibly lovely and informative. I left with some super plush towels which feel amazing and were very affordable. I'll definitely be returning for all my linen needs!

Had a great shopping experience in-store, and Jaime gave us exceptional service! Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, he really helped us walk through all the (many) options. The store is very nice, and we took advantage of Labor Day sales, which was great.

I like this store. Starting with the way it is merchandised: It is not over crowded with products and there is excellent lighting and generous space. The merchandise presented is aesthetically pleasing and easily accessible for making choices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The bedding and towels feel good to the touch with pleasing colors . Accessories for bed, bath, laundry, and closets are well merchandised throughout the store. Compared to shopping on line this in-store experience, to me, is infinitely more satisfying. Even though their website is visually attractive, it still is slightly confusing and more work than buying in the store.

Legit the best customer service experience ever.I called Natalia after several items I saw online were out of stock, but she went above and beyond to make sure she did everything possible to ensure I received my bundle in time for a birthday present. Natalia reached out to every Brooklinen store in the US and gave me a call back within twenty minutes. Her and Jen (in Philly) displayed the utmost remarkable service and help. They are very kind and diligent people who went out of their way to fulfill my order. I am so happy and pleased to have their help! (Pls promote them). Look out for them for your Brooklinen needs :)

Initially, I hesitated for quite a while, just browsing for discounts. However, I had heard so many great things about Brooklinen, so I decided to give it a try. And boy, am I glad I did!The first thing that struck me was the exceptional quality of the material. The duvet cover and bedsheets felt incredibly soft and luxurious, far beyond my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were.In fact, I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist ordering more items from Brooklinen collection. The range of choices and designs they offer is fantastic, and I found myself adding more to my cart without hesitation.

I love this Brooklinen store on Montana! This staff is very knowledgeable and kind and they’re always stocked on whatever you’re looking for. I definitely recommend coming to the physical store to check out the fabrics and textures for yourself.

You'll feel right at home as you wander through this beautiful store, perusing the lush bedding, colorful towels, and fun shower curtains. There's a section of items for men as well as for the little ones. Wrap yourself in one of their 100% cotton waffle robes and get comfortable. Or, indulge your senses with one of their relaxing candles. Throw in the towel and go!
