Be super careful that what you buy isn't already broken. Bourget delivered 36 * 36 stone and the bottom one was broken. They flip flipped on the return. Good way to lose trust of your customers.

I had a great experience at this store even though my order was small. The sales person's expertise was super helpful, her patience with my ignorance admirable so I drove off a happy camper with my trunk full of stones. My project turned out great, by the way.

If you bought here just know you already paid too much. Their charges are a minimum 30% above everyone else and frankly they don't care. Their delivery charges are open-ended and subject to substantial up charges. The customer service even in sales is rude, inflexible and unhelpful. Honestly it feels as if they'd like you to just go someplace else. Buyer beware and in this case compare elsewhere and save.

Great experience seeing all those different types of stones all in one place. They even had a table with four chairs made out of some type of stone... Freddy Flintstones table...lol

A trustworthy source for local building materials. Ordered a fire table that was delivered within the expected lead time. Needed extra instructions for the ignition which the salesperson provided from the manufacturer. Added some flagstone to the order--no problem, they included it in the delivery.

Great products. Haven't found many of these high quality products anywhere else that I can touch and see. My wife wonders why I drive from Westlake Village all the way to Santa Monica. Because they have a service others just don't have!

I had a great experience, from finding the perfect Italian tiles for my bathroom renovation (great quality and acceptable price), to a quick delivery one week later. Great customer support and reliability throughout. I was also able to correct the order after noticing a mistake in the quantity I ordered and immediately received a refund.

HORRIFIC customer service. Clearly they either don't pay their employees well or they are not on commission. I had done all of my research on a specific brand of fire pit that I wanted to buy, I walked in their show room at 3:15, they close at 3:30. The woman at the counter was helping someone else, I waited my turn and went to the counter at 3:22. She seems frustrated that I approached her, and said they were closing soon. I said fine, I know exactly what I want I just need prices because the manufacturer listed you as a dealer (The manufacturers don't list prices on their website, obviously ). So I looked at the list, she was again inpatient. She then said at 3:26 PM, "I'm sorry but I'm going to have to ask you to leave". I looked at her and asked if she wanted a sale or not, and I said I will come back later to place the order, I just simply wanted to know the prices quickly and the leadtime on delivery, and then I'll come back on another day to actually place the order since you're closing. She reluctantly said okay fine yes, I guess we have four more minutes. She gave me two prices, and then to clarify I pointed to the pictures and said "wait so you said this one is A price and this one is B price, right?" And then she dismissively said "I don't know, the prices are what I told you before (3 seconds ago)." To which I thanked her for her help (or lack thereof) and left. Thanks for the pricing Bourget Bros, I will be giving my money elsewhere. You may pay your employees as if you're the only provider in town (because they clearly don't care AT ALL about making a sale or simple customer service) but you're not.

They seem to have a good selection of different stone and prices are within reason...however I felt (at least on the day I went) that there was no-one to help me (understaffed) and the person that did had no time despite me being a repeat customer (indifferent). I left empty handed so I'll go somewhere else. They are far from being the only game in town for stone and prices in the valley/north Hollywood are probably better to boot.
