The Tshirts were so wrinkled. We wanted to have clean ironed Tshirts for a present. But it was not possible to get it. The staff was so rude.

Refused to honor a gift card purchased in their own store! Claimed it was "for online store only". My parents explicitly asked if the card was good for any store as this location was independently owned a few years ago. Liars and fraudsters! Avoid this location!!

Great customer service!!! I went in on 4 different occasions and got fitted for my suit. I wanted it perfect, so having someone with a perfect eye for detail was important. You made my wedding day a huge success and I got many compliments on the suit. Thank you again!

The service at this store is terrible. I will not go there ever again. I was a big Hugo Boss fan and have worn there shirts and suits for many years. After the service at this store I will not be purchasing anymore Hugo Boss items. Mannie (Manny) was horrible and the manager as most poor reviews have said is even worse. Hugo Boss Corporate should go and take a look at the management of this store.
