My service rep Nathan was very knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what was wrong and gave me a time frame for the repairs to be completed, which was earlier then promised. It turns out that they have a muffler shop they work with. I got my car back in less than 36 hours. And they washed my car before I picked it up. Sam, my customer service rep, kept me posted and talked me through the options. Don't hesitate to go there!”

“From start to finish I can confidently say I had a 5 star experience at this location and that's with healthy skepticism after reading some of the reviews. My go-to contacts were Nick from the service/collision side & Mike from the Rental side, they made this the absolute smoothest process in taking care of me as a customer after I was hit by an uninsured driver. I had some worries about spending lots of time waiting, signing documents, looking for a rental from nearby companies, getting insurance to negotiate with them etcetera. However, within 15 minutes of my drop off I was out the door in Tesla provided rental Model Y long range with FSD and FREE supercharging. Within 4 hours they sent me an estimate for repairs, work order authorization and a timeline for repairs to be completed with updates being sent to me every 4 days.
As a side note I also have Tesla Insurance and the two entities being able to actually communicate with each other; without having me play phone tag and dragging them along, was such a relief. I've gone through this with 4 other vehicle manufacturers (and one iconic red motorcycle maker, big fun...bigger service headaches) in the past and none even come close, except for Subaru. Long story short you can trust this location and those guys mentioned above.”
