My service rep Nathan was very knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what was wrong and gave me a time frame for the repairs to be completed, which was earlier then promised. “My Prius had the catalytic converter stolen. When USAA insurance told me that Caliber Collision was the preferred shop, I wondered how they would handle just the converter. It turns out that they have a muffler shop they work with. I got my car back in less than 36 hours. And they washed my car before I picked it up. Sam, my customer service rep, kept me posted and talked me through the options. Don't hesitate to go there!”

“I am surprised there's bad reviews...Every time I go here I get excellent and timely service. It's also free for me to get my tire pressure checked and wiper fluid replaced. They even made me a new key card. Excellent customer care. When I had my Subaru and lost my key they charged me $600. I am really impressed with Tesla all around and seems like a huge improvement compared to other brands of cars.”
