Fabulous customer service, prompt and responsive and exceptionally professional. Far exceed expectations. Lindsey and Alex and their team invested an up front evaluation of my father's 3600 square foot home that involved motorcycles, heavy furniture and large fossils. That site visit allowed them to efficiently pack and move my day ahead of schedule. They came with a large team, carefully packed up everything, brought healthy fruits and vegetables for smoothies for my 87 year old dad, and were personable and patient at every step. The move was one of downsizing during a health crisis for my father, and Lindsey and Alex's team came in like angels full of light and positive energy and made the transition as smooth as possible. They should specialize in downsizing for the elder home owners! They were exceptionally professional and handled what could have been difficult with ease and smiles. I am so grateful for all of their hard work and compassionate care. They completed many steps, with not ideal closing dates for the sale and purchase, they stored the truck loads over several days and completed the job on budget and in less hours. I highly recommend them!

Everyone there was excellent. I had to move on short notice, and they were able to accommodate. They had my home inspected and a quote in 24 hours and were able to get me moved from Utah to Arizona overnight less than a week later.john and Alex did an amazing job pack us. They had everything packed in four hours, helped us make sure that we had everything, and even packed my son's car bed is such a way that it didn't have to be taken apart.They communicated with us about scheduling when things came up and showed up to our new house five minutes after we did and got everything unloaded and had our furniture set up in decent time.I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again when I move.

We had an fantastic experience with Bigwin Moving company. We had heard from others that they were an excellent company to go with on a big move and they did not disappoint. We’ve lived in our home 35 years and had a lot to get done within a short period of time. They were fast but careful, respectful and efficient. We were so impressed and will definitely go back to get help on small jobs since this will probably be our last move. Lance, Joshua, Henry, JD, and Chase are a team that could not be matched. We were very particular in how our things were taken care of and they listened and acted upon every suggestion. We highly recommend Bigwin Moving company.

Great moving company. I used them twice - once to move into our new house from old house, and again to empty my storage unit. Both times, they were amazingly fast and took care of my household items. they were careful to not scratch the floors in my new home. Their office was very nice and confirmed both of my reservations the day before. The movers were also very friendly and helpful. They put all my items exactly where I needed them as well as broke down my beds and put them back together. Their rates are also very fair - there were no surcharges for gas or anything. We had everything boxed up before they arrived, which helped make things super smooth. Would definitely use again and recommend

i HIGHLY recommend this company! my family has used them for years and i recently used them. 3 men strong as ever, moved fast and efficiently, did not drag time out at all. they did what they were supposed to do in a timely manner and move us from Texas to Manhattan NYC. very respectful and kind. included my son and informed me of everything they were doing. i was completely comfortable and felt like it was absolutely money well spent. fairly priced. cant say enough about this company. its just nice that in a world of movers that take advantage of your pockets there is actually a company that does right by their customers. will definitely use them in the future and always recommend them.

The guys were amazing! They called me the moment they landed in town and gave me a play by play and ETA. They arrived with big smiles and immediately got to work. Quick and efficient and followed directions. Even though my out of state move was only a 3.5 hour drive, they stored my items overnight so I would have time to clean my old place and drive to the new place to pick up keys in the morning. Great price and no surprise charges! I would definitely use Bigwin Moving company again and again

I had such an easy move using Bigwin Moving company. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. They were so efficient and they were on time and got my move done in such a fast amount of time. Not only that , but the two men that were moving me were so kind enough to offer me ride in there moving truck instead of calling a cab just to bring me to my new apartment which was more than generous. They handled everything with such care and asked me where i wanted everything to go and were the easiest place for me to unpack everything was. I would definitely recommend using them and will recommend them to all my friends and family. 5 stars ⭐️

We recently moved a large home, and I will say all 5 movers were professional, kind and patient the entire day. It was a long day for them! (About a 12 hour day). We had a lot of heavy items as well. They also moved my 99 year old grandfather in with us from a second location, the same day. I can't say enough positive things about Carlos and his crew. They were tired by the end of the day, and rightfully so, but they maintained their work ethic and their kindness. Pricing was more than fair, and we were very pleased with their service. Will highly recommend.

Truly an exceptional moving company! I requested a long-distance move to another state, and the team was responsive when it came to estimating my quote accurately and providing a competitive cost. They even assessed my belongings during the quoting phase to confirm that the services I selected made sense for me.The team loaded my belongings (including prepping furniture and taking apart beds), drove 6 hours to the new location, and unloaded my items the next day.What a stress-free experience! Definitely worth the price!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. First, they were very responsive when scheduling and they were very understanding and accommodating when we had to reschedule multiple times. On top of that the two gentlemen that helped us move were very respectful and worked very hard to get the job done. Don’t use any other movers in except for Big Win Moving or you will be disappointed.

I used Big Win Moving after selling my house and needed to move into a rental. The movers were on time, extremely professional, finished the job in the expected timeline. Very competitive pricing and worth every penny! I will definitely use them again when I am ready to move into our new construction home in a few months!

I hired Big Win Moving less than two weeks before my move from my office. They accommodated my changing schedule with ease and friendliness. They were efficient, clean and quick! I have many mirrored and glass pieces that they wrapped and moved perfectly. It was white glove service at an affordable price. They took an enormously stressful experience and made it organized and wonderful! I wish they could help me with other tasks. :)
