Wow! This Santa Monica laundromat is very clean and the customer service from all of the employees is outstanding! I was actually dreading having to do my laundry in a public laundromat. However, Joe, one of the employees, greeted me as I walked in and when I said "this is my first time here," Joe was very kind and explained about their services and machines. This laundromat also offers pick-up and delivery for "Fluff & Fold." I highly recommend it!

I am deeply disturbed by the aggressive and unprofessional treatment I received from an employee named Joe at Big Waves Laundromat. As a loyal customer for three years, I've always appreciated the cleanliness of this establishment. However, over the past week, Joe has repeatedly harassed me despite my respectful compliance with his demands. Today, the situation escalated dramatically when I was simply following my usual routine of wiping down machines before and after use. Joe's behavior became increasingly hostile, culminating in him towering over me and banning me from the premises without justification.
Joe's abuse of authority reached its peak when he used his remote access to shut down the dryer I was using and demanded I remove my wet clothes immediately. This public humiliation was completely unwarranted, as I had not been disrespectful or violated any reasonable rules. His actions were intimidating, disrespectful, and seemed to stem from a desire to exert unnecessary control. If Joe remains employed at Big Waves Laundromat, I fear other customers will likely face similar mistreatment. This experience has severely damaged my trust in an establishment I once highly regarded, and I urge management to address this issue promptly to prevent further incidents.

Washed my nursing uniforms here. Great clean laundromat. Accepts coins and credit cards. Has change machine too. Detergent is also sold onsite. Several nurses were there too! Great safe place. Highly recommend. Nice and safe. See you there and God Bless. Love you. Debra

This laundry mat is great! I honestly drive down from Woodland Hills to do my laundry in Santa Monica because it’s that good! The people are so friendly - Ralph and Juan went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness making sure I didn’t need help etc - and the place is clean! I also love paying on the app because you get money back with you pay through it! Thanks so much!!

I was struck by the quantity of washing machines and also dryers and of people present to do the laundry and of people quite available to assist. I will most likely go back even if I would have preferred to be careful about the services at the customer's home.
