“Helen's cycles is awesome! Can't recommend them highly enough. Super affordable.
Went to two other shops in town and was told I would have at least a week wait. I rolled up to Helen's and spoke to the service manager Wilber. I explained to him that we were only in town for the day and taking our mountain bikes out to death Valley And needed them turned around as quickly as possible, he initially said the following morning but then when we realized we would be leaving town before the shop opened he said no problem I will have them done before 5 PM. I got a text at 1 PM saying the bikes were done!
Went to pick them up and as soon as Wilber saw my van rolling into the parking lot he was doing a final inspection and wheeling them out. Both bikes were serviced way beyond my expectations. Not a single detail was overlooked and they both rode flawlessly. Thanks to Wilber and his team for doing such a great job with my bikes!”
“Went in to buy a pair of MTB shoes, even though I’m not riding a Specialized bike, Alan looked up my bike’s spec and helped me with the right stuff (which turned out the shoes I was looking for wasn’t the right one). He also helped me picking the right shorts and helmet. He is awesome, and made my experience wonderful.”

“I've purchased two bikes and had countless tune-ups at the Giant Santa Monica store. I can't say enough positive things about Elon, Willy, and the rest of the team. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and their tune-ups always leave my bike in excellent condition.
While the store is higher-end and the prices reflect that, the service is worth it. I’ve had serious bike issues made worse by lower-end shops, only to have Giant fix them with top-tier service.
I’m surprised by the negative reviews. Every experience I’ve had at Giant has been positive. I highly recommend them!”

I did not receive service because they didn't have the tools/machinery to fix my bike, but I am thankful to the owner for recommending me to another shop that could fix my issue. (Bike was fixed.) I appreciate the owner's help.”

“This shop is the best in the city! I had an issue with my tire going out on me three time in 48 hours and they went above and beyond and fixed it without double charging me when it was clearly inexplicable as to why the tire kept going on me as soon as I would leave.

“This is a classic service bicycle shop. Just stopped in here and asked if they sold bicycle bells. The best experience for such a small thing - I bought a simple cute bell and they removed my rusty old one, installed the new one, and even put air in my tires while I waited. So nice.”
