BOTW was great when I first moved my accounts there. Smart, friendly helpful, since merging it has become miserable. Today in the Santa Monica location I had such problems with the MGMT that I complained to corporate, then received the snottiest call from the branch manager. My next review will be from a new bank. There is a reason this place has 1 star.
