probably the worst BofA location. ATMs are constantly broken. Reps here are ready to kick you out and get rid of you if you don’t have an appt. Avoid it if you can.

Love that there's a drive-thru ATM, which is hard to find in these zip codes just based on limited space. It's also super close to my home and the Trader Joe's I go to, but it's difficult to figure out how to get into. I had to drive around to figure it out. I was worried I was going to have to pay for parking to go to an ATM. You can't access the parking lot at all without going through a gate. Luckily, I wasn't charged for parking. So, if you just have a quick in and out, it's free.

I wish I had a different experience with this bank branch, but it was pretty much as horrible as everyone describes. In my case my husband and I left after waiting for 40 minutes past the scheduled appointment time for actually opening a new joint account - don’t think that’s gonna be happening. Customers’ time is valuable and should be respected.

It is the third time that I have come to this bank with ten minutes remaining and all three times the windows are always closed. It is the worst bank with the desire to close the account with them.

Pleasant atmosphere, Patrick was patient, helpful, calm, considerate and attentive to my needs. He even called me to make sure I know about the parking before I arrived! I appreciate excellent service and he provided it without a doubt!

I have never experienced such poor communication...my Account Advisor (David T) gave me his # and email when I opened an account and was told to contact him if I needed anything. I've written numerous times and left voicemails. When I told this to branch manager she felt bad and said he was out...made it sound like his absence was unplanned and possibly ill. Today I found out he is training somewhere else for a different position. In my professional experience if someone leaves and is not going to check their emails or voice mails for 3 weeks they should send an email, create an outgoing message and an auto reply email redirecting your concerns or needs to another associate. EVERY time I needed information on this new account as a SSI payee I had to drive to the bank and make it happen. They will not even issue an ATM card, I have to go to the darn bank to retrieve cash every week. Social Security had never heard of this before and recommended I find a bank that may be better suited to our needs. Will be closing account as soon as they release the money they have been holding for over a week. GRRRRR

Bank of America has outdone itself again in poor customer service and horrible efficiency. I entered the lobby to pull cash from the teller ( As they get skimmers on their ATMs outside more often than not ) , 3 customers ahead of me and 3 customers behind me and only 2 employees. the male employee was running in and out of the office like a chicken with its head cut off, and the female employee finished with the customer she had then closed and started digging in her drawers ignoring the line ( God forbid she takes care of her customers first! ), then the male employee ran in and out few more times leaving his customer at the counter waiting so here I am waiting close to 20 minutes with the same 3 customers ahead of me still waiting. Mind you after 20 minutes you start getting charged for parking at the business park!I turned around and got in my car and left. Welcome to Bank of America! Why expect anything different!P.S: Read their reply to my negative review to see how far BOFA is disconnected from reality!

After reading my information, he didn't serve me at all and said let me add some documents.The next day I gave him the file he wanted,only six minutes later, tell me they can't serve me. I'm really upset.Then I went to another branch,very nice to me and help me solve my problem.

It is weird to me to rate a bank on Yelp. But it also seems unfair to give this bank 1.5 stars. We were helped today by Samantha, who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. When we came in, the bank was 30 min from closing since the bank is only open for 3 hours on Saturdays now. Seeing that we were trying to get our wire transfer completed for our new home, Samantha took the time to help us without an appointment, congratulate us on our first home, and perform the wire transfer so that we could rest easy knowing that the hard part had been done. BofA, if you are reading this, whatever you are paying Samantha, double it, and hire more people like her to represent you. Thank you again Samantha, you seriously made our day.

FYI drive thru ATM is inoperable. No automated way to report this and I've given up waiting on hold just for that purpose.
