They’ve reduced their hours, no longer open on weekends. There’s a line outside the door on a work day when people are busy and trying to get their banking done so they can get on with their lives and BofA, in their infinite wisdom, only have two tellers working. Perhaps BofA should loosen their purse strings and actually hire some more staff to support their clients rather than paying their executives gobs of money to doing nothing… clearly they don’t know how to run a bank or meet their customers’ needs.

Their ATM turned off during a deposit today. I went to inform the bank teller, she walked me outside and showed me a phone number and said to call the number because she didn’t feel like dealing with it ?

Thought my check was fraud, and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers. I was going to be petty about it, close the account, pull out, but sometimes you have to be the bigger person and let horrible customer service just be horrible and walk away.

The bank is generally understaffed in tellers and bankers and service lines are not ideal, but Victor Aguillon’s services are outstanding and he’s the reason I continue to stay at this bank. Competent, thoughtful, thorough banker. The bank is lucky to have such a dedicated member to the team.

Waste of time. Long line. More tellers. If you go to any other bank, Wells Fargo, Capital One, or Chase, you will see up to two people waiting.BOA, Hire more people! Only have some of the tellers take their lunch break all at the same time! Do what you must to provide your customers with the best customer service. We are worth it. We let you guys manage our hard-earned money. We deserve better service.

I'm a very long time Bank of America customer. I have followed Victor Aguilion to this financial center from a nearby branch. Victor and the entire staff at this location are extremely professional, pleasant, & responsive. They have dealt with the "challenges " of the last several years with professionalism, patience, & consideration. Victor helps customers with various financial questions, problems, & issues in an extremely professional & patient manner. Many customers from other locations have followed Victor to this branch because of his calm & patient demeanor, vast banking knowledge, & concern for each customer. I value my long-time relstionship with Victor. We have been through various ups & downs in my financial life. We meet regularly to ensure that we have a strategy for handling various financial challenges that occur. The peace of mind that I have from our meetings is priceless. I'm very grateful for the banking relationship that we have.. I hope that Management acknowledges this staff for the outstanding Bank of America employees that they are. I'm proud and honored to be a lifetime customer of this branch. :)
