All respect to the struggle our unhoused neighbors face. But I'm not trying to smell their funk every time I try to deposit a check or withdraw a little cash. These remote locations are a nice idea but don't work in practice. I just drove an extra 16 blocks to another atm because I didn't want to smell the dudes camping out inside.

I have used video banking only a few times but I enjoyed the well trained staff who assist. Very nice!

I'm a very long time Bank of America customer.I have followed Victor Aguilion to this financial center from a nearby branch. Victor and the entire staff at this location are extremely professional, pleasant, & responsive. They have dealt with the "challenges " of the last several years with professionalism, patience, & consideration.Victor helps customers with various financial questions, problems, & issues in an extremely professional & patient manner. Many customers from other locations have followed Victor to this branch because of his calm & patient demeanor, vast banking knowledge, & concern for each customer. I value my long-time relstionship with Victor. We have been through various ups & downs in my financial life. We meet regularly to ensure that we have a strategy for handling various financial challenges that occur. The peace of mind that I have from our meetings is priceless. I'm very grateful for the banking relationship that we have..I hope that Management acknowledges this staff for the outstanding Bank of America employees that they are.I'm proud and honored to be a lifetime customer of this branch. :)

Terrible service. We have 3 business and 2 personal accounts with boa. Needed to add authorized user on 2 accounts. Customer service rep refused to see us without prior appointment. Branch manager also refused to talk to us citing that she was on the phone.

I've been banking with BOA for over 30 years and have never received such poor customer service anywhere much less a a bank. I've been coming to this particular branch to get quarters for over three months and sometimes they have rolls of quarters and sometimes they don't. No big deal. This past the three different associates told me to come back on three separate days for the shipments of quarters. When I would come back those days - nothing. I came in today because I was told earlier in the week to come in on Thursday afternoon because that's when they get a shipment. When I went and they told me they don't have any quarters I then asked why have I been told to come back on specific days when there's no quarters. That's when assistant manager Carmen Nario decided to jump into my conversation with the teller to inform me they don't have have quarters and that they would never tell me what days to come back because it's against policy. I proceeded to explain to her that I'm not upset there wasn't any quarters but that's if that's is the policy then as a manager she has failed to train her staff appropriately because they've been telling when yo come back. She then asked me up name the tellers who told me that. I found that unprofessional Tia so me that out loud. This conversation she was having with me was from behind her desk 20 feet away from me. She never even attempted to get up and talk to me and hear me out. When she was done with me she decide to end our conversation by saying "Have a nice day" and then out her head down and not acknowledging me anymore as I was still making my point about being told to come back today. Terrible terrible customer service and for a manager to be like that no one the tellers are not trained properly. I filed a complaint with corporate and I would encourage others to file complaints with corporate by calling the customer service number. The poor service at this behave needs to change.

Bank of America is not what it used to be. Time to try another bank after +27 years as a customer. Service has been slipping for years even before COVID in all of BofA's departments... banking, mortgage, investments, etc. it's like no one cares because they are too bug to fail. This particular branch just keeps underperforming. On this day today they just didn't open their doors for business. People were lined up outside before opening hours like normal busy people that have day jobs and took tome off to go to the bank... yet no note of closure or anything was posted on the doors. Management at this branch have definitely not worked in the service industry before. It's unfortunate. Maybe they are still at hole collecting subsidies to not go to work. Who knows?

I went this this Bank of America this morning around 10:15am. I parked behind the building where customers parking is located. I took care of my paperwork in advance in my car and started walking towards the building. They locked the parking lot entrance and only had access from the Wilshire Blvd entrance. Slight inconvenience but not a big deal walking around the building. When I tried to enter a bank staff member stopped me from entering,"stating we are limiting people into the building." I thought ok, it must be busy today at this branch. Upon looking inside the branch, I only saw one or two people in line with proper 6 feet separation in line. There were clearly marked 6 additional spots for people in line with proper separation.I asked the staff member why can't I and by then another person showed up behind me can't go in? They said it's policy. I thought policy is wearing a face mask and having at least 6 feet separation in lines from other people. Why are they making up additional rules???See pic of the space for people in line in this big bank branch!!!

Terrible service. Took 30 minutes to get a cashiers check. 3 Employees and zero common sense. Maybe it's time to switch from this bank?
