Very helpful and friendly staff, I wanted a pair of earrings adjusted that I had received over the holidays, not bought from their store, they sent them off to be repaired and a couple of days later called to say they were ready, my earrings did latch better and to my surprise when I went to pay they told me "no charge" I was shocked and grateful after all this is Los Angeles no one does anything for free, I left with a great feeling and will definitely go back, what lovely people:)

Super helpful! I walked in without a clue about what to get my wife for Mother's Day and was greeted immediately when I walked in and helped along the way without any pressure. Great selection of designers and a wide range of prices. Definitely recommend.

Please update your hours on Yelp. Drove all the way over there only to find you do not open at 10am but 11am. Nice collection of jewelry but staff is soso. Would give 3.5 stars

Yesterday I went to Moondance to purchase a pair of hoop earrings. I parked in the red in front and when I went to the door they just closed and it was locked. The wonderful sales person let me in and within 5 minutes I had a cute pair of hoop earrings. During these times Moondance certainly put a smile on my face. I highly recommend going into this store and purchase something for yourself. It will make you so happy. I'll probably go back very soon to continue feeling better about life.

I'm so excited by my new jewelry from Moondance! I used to get cheap jewelry from clothing stores and what not, but since the last pair I bought really irritated my ears, I decided it's time to be a grown-up and buy real jewelry. So glad I found Moondance, and I wish I knew about them sooner! They have some affordable silver, yellow gold, and rose gold pieces that are simple but still incredibly cute. I got the loopdie springy and baby chime designed by Jack + G. What's also super awesome about these earrings is the backing -- in a way, there almost is none because the whole earring is designed to go into your piercing. It's a little tricky to get on at first, but now, I feel it's super secure! Which was always my hesitancy about getting real (a.k.a pricier) jewelry in the first place - I was always worried it would fall off and get lost. Also, the staff is super friendly -- Jessie scheduled a Facetime with me due to Covid-19, and she was super patient and friendly in showing me all the pieces I was interested in... which was a lot! She also talked to me about my cartilage piercing, and gave me the idea to put the loopdie springy in that piercing, which I never would have thought of. And I love the way it looks now! I almost want to get more piercings just so I can wear their jewelry. A lot of pieces are sold as singles, so it looks great mixing and matching. Can't wait until they open up again, so I can peruse all their jewelry in person!!

This gallery is a treasure trove of beauty and unique finds. The pieces are showcased by various local designers and there's enough variety to suit most tastes. It's a beautiful boutique with well made, gorgeous designs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Driving or walking down Montana daily, it's very hard for me to restrain myself and not go in there every week!

Love this place for it has tons of cute high end price items to great sale priced items. All quality and a variety to choose from. After months of searching around for a one of a kind, breath taking piece to give to my wife for our anniversary, I connected with the team at Moondance. The staff was amazing, the options were plentiful and my wife was left speechless! People continue to stop her on the streets in NY and ask her where she got such an incredible necklace. Favorite jewelry shop in LA. I actually asked a woman at a retail store where her jewelry was from and ended up here. So happy I found this little gem while visiting the area. I ended up buying one bracelet, two rings, three sets of earrings. Great if you have sensitive skin. All solid gold, real diamonds, unique, and very fair pricing. What's not to love? Also, Bradie is awesome! I can't wait to add to my collection.
