I wanted to buy small when the time came to replace my TV. This company came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Tan helped me choose the right smart TV and the two techs who brought it to me a couple days later and installed it on the wall were first rate. They did an expert job, cleaned up after themselves and trained me on how to use my first-ever smart TV. I highly recommend Audio Video City!

Audio Video City was incredible. Not only were they the only store in town (believe me, I looked) that had the product I was looking for, but Tan walked me through all my concerns on the phone and then without prompting offered to send my purchase up with a delivery that was about to go out, saving me a trip from Van Nuys to Santa Monica. Can't say enough good things, and I will definitely be back for any AV needs

omg. These guys are awesome! I was looking for a particular Klipsch center channel speaker for months ... and these guys had it! Tan was so accommodating and fair. They even delivered to my work. Best customer service I had experienced for years.

Don't go anyplace else if you want to buy a tv! Jeff, who is the one who takes your order also installs the tvs. Incredibly efficient and reliable! Has a lot of patience and won't leave until you feel comfortable using remotes!

If you go any place else you're wasting your Time...(ESPECIALLY the big box stores). Tan gives personal attention and will sit you down and carefully go over all your options. He follows up with customer service years later and even remembers you by name!!! (try doing that Best Buy!!) If you have any difficulty just call him up and he fixes it (haven't had much luck with Best Buy on that either)....... Do yourself a favor.......don't go anywhere else!

AVCity is so unbelievable, their prices are good, the service is amazing. Anytime I have had a problelm, Tann takes care of it....usually it is something I have done wrong. Jeff the tech guy is great. He says he is going to be there at 10:30 that is when he is there. He is very polite and respectful. These are the reasons they get 5 stars in my book!

Tan was able to squeeze my rear speaker installation in at the last minute on a holiday Monday. The professional he sent did a very nice job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My experience with this company was outstanding. After a call and discussion with the owner, I knew exactly what I wanted, was given a fair price and to top it all off, the Parasound amp and preamp that I bought were special ordered and HAND DELIVERED to my door 3 days after placing the order! I have never experienced this before. I will be contacting again for repeat business. To be fair, I never stepped foot into the store, but I can tell you customers are taken care of and everything that it said will be done is. Thanks!

so, this isn't really a store. its an office converted into a shop, and is about the size of a studio apartment. I was expecting a real store with new gear, and its actually a bunch of used equipment. If that's your thing, this place could have some good used finds for you.
