Worst AT&T store I have ever been to. I had my phone stolen, and my account was under my father's name, who passed away, and they made everything extremely difficult for me. I was there for 4 hours. I ended up being so frustrated and triggered that I eventually just left. DO NOT GO HERE. And if they give you "Andrew" to work with, ask for someone else. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Disappointed the way staff are working.They are confused about receiving and processing of trad-in iPad that you brought on line. They are not knowledgeable. They trying to stay away from complicated case and processing.

It took me less time to buy a car than it took for me to get a phone order in at this store. After waiting over an hour to buy they still didn’t have the one I wanted in stock so … there was no point in going to the store. Save yourself - just order online or go to a different AT&T store - whoever is running this place has some work to do figuring out why this place can not effectively process walk in sales in under an hour.

Arrived at 2:30. Still here at 5pm. Store manager, Daisy, just wanders the stores and looks up productivity reports. Doesn't help anyone. The rest of the employees have to do it which is part of why the wait time is so long. There was only 5 people before us. We should be long gone. Lots of other annoyed customers who couldn't get what they needed either.

I went to this location on the day before Christmas Eve in hopes to purchase/upgrade my kids iPhones for their holiday gift. I came in 45 minutes before closing. There was a line yet the associates of the store got me in and out in less than 50 minutes and even went the extra mile for me to answer all my questions, locate the devices I wanted and throughly explain the upgrade process for me. They even helped me apply my old iphone to my recently upgraded phone charges that Apple Store wouldn’t do. The gentleman that helped me was very patient, kind and thorough, he really went the extra mile for me. I appreciate his help and wish there were more sales associates like him out there working in retail.

waited an hour for a PICKUP ORDER literally all they had to do is verify my ID and give me the Apple Watch that’s it and it took them 1 hour to do that. Apparently that’s to difficult for them to do Don’t come here go to a different location don’t waste your time!

Jeffrey was my sales representative at AT&T on Wilshire and Lincoln in Santa Monica, CA. He was perhaps the kindest and most well informed sales associate of the whole year in me shopping in retail!! He is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and informative. What a great experience to have him as my sales guy. Thank you to Jeffrey! That guy is a perfect sales rep.

Robert Pernell helped me understand the options for continuing my monthly plan and and he developed a plan that fits me perfectly. He was polite, proficient, and very patient. As we worked together, it was easy to see that Robert's cohort also supports and works well with his co-workers. It was a busy day, but the team kept everyone going. I have been a satisfied customer for years and I'm glad to be looking forward to many more!Maggi Michel

I went today to upgrade my phone, but there was some confusion between what was showing on the employees’ computer at the store versus my account on my phone. Ramon was so friendly, patient, and kind and helped me through the process of calling customer service on-site and getting the matter resolved so that I could get my new phone that day instead of having to wait for it to be mailed to me instead. I appreciate him for being so considerate and working with me for about an hour to get what I needed! I recommend this place because the employees make it work.

Eric Salgado gave me one of the worst experiences at AT&T I have ever had. I went in to buy a phone and specifically told Eric that I did not want insurance added and I also did not want AT&T Next, as both of these features are nothing but a scam. A few days later, I found out he had both of these added without my permission!

After over a month of not being able to upgrade our iPhones at Verizon, 2530 Wilshire, Santa Monica, and Verizon's office on the phone, my friend and I went to AT&T at 808 Wilshire, Santa Monica nearby. It's hard to find it from the street because from the outside, it looks closed on a Sat. We had to walk into the building to get into the AT&T store. We spoke to rep Jeff D who helped us, was upfront, courteous, provided me with a phone, helped to select a plan, do paperwork, gave 20% off on 3 purchases of the screen protector, case (he put both on for me) and super charger and transferred the data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone at no cost. We told him what happened to us at Verizon which wanted to charge us $30 for the data transfer. He synced up the two phones to transfer data which took minutes and said, "This is what Verizon wanted to charge you $30 for." Jeff was great! AT&T also offers a 25% discount on the plan for teachers vs. Verizon's $10 off.
