First time customer here. Amazing service from the team here today. Rishi was so helpful and accommodating - we arrived with a nail in our tire and no appointment and he could not have been more helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you!

They took me right away and generally made a bad experience into a better experience. A flat tire in the middle of the night never helps.

I had a punctured run-flat tire. First place I went on Lincoln had replacement--for $467 (run-flat tires expensive but $467 for one tire? No). Went to Firestone and woman at desk was too busy to bother making contact so I went out to ask a mechanic about a replacement. Firestone doesn't carry what I needed. Third stop was American Tire Depot and a charm. Super nice people at desk, they found me same brand of tire for $100 less than first place, and then a similar run-flat replacement tire for $191 (with smile to suggest they were as psyched about it as I was), and they took care of it. My new go-to place for all tire issues.

Talked to both Richie and Mike and they were super helpful, i had flat tire (probably a nail got stuck on the tread. They didn't charge me anything to fix it, great customer service and very agile! They also had the best price comparing to other shops in case I had to get a new tire. Grateful for their service. Tipped the technician because he definitely saved my day. Recommend them!

They do aa fine job but they consistently steal my quarters that I use for meters. It must be like $4 in quarters and it's just so unnecessary for that to occur. This has happened twice.
