I feel that donating blood is giving hope to someone in need even if I don't have much this I can do. The fact that I am a universal donor more people would benefit from my life essence. I guess the red cross is okay.

Total chaos at our 10:30 appointment yesterday. They where clearly behind. Everyone was moving with the snail speed without the sense of urgency. After sitting for 45 minutes from my appointment time, the lady wanted to schedule my next one ! At this point I walked out. I didn't won't to spend at least an hour waiting there for my turn. Is overbooking the blood donation is the new normal ? Get your act together. Please.

I went in for a CPR skills session. You’re required to complete an online course first, so I had a good idea of what was going on. They showed us some videos and explained key points. I thought they were as thorough as time allowed.TVs we’re not working, so we just had to listen to the audio. It didn’t affect the learning experience since we saw the videos already and the teacher showed us everything. The teacher was absolutely fantastic, very helpful, smart and funny.

Everybody who works there seems United in the mission. I'm glad they're not spending a lot of money on overhead. Unfortunately, sometimes that means there's no parking for someone who wants to donate blood.

Took my AED/First Aid/CPR class here. Definitely recommended as it was lively but educational.

They, gave COVID vaccines at the church and I managed to lose my car off the freeway as it blew out of the window. I went back to try to recover it but no way. I went to the red cross to try to recover a duplicate....no way. I thought they should have that information since they were the agency that the majority of shots given through, according to the staff at the site. Keep, up with your cards... they're difficult to recover again.

I'm a regular donor and the Red Cross app makes is super easy to schedule and keep track of my donations. However, I've had some major issues with the drives at this location over the last 6 months or so. I understand we're still in a pandemic, but I feel like my time has been completely disrespected. More than once, I've shown up for a donation appointment in the middle of the day and nobody is there, the drive has been canceled without giving me any notification. Recently, my drive was canceled and I WAS notified, but then when I came back a few days later for my rescheduled appointment they weren't even set up yet and were running an hour behind. Again, I understand stuff happens and life is still chaotic, but I'm taking time out of my day to give you my blood. I have given the Red Cross gallons of my blood. They need to come up with better communication, not sure how their app can be so good except for this one major thing.
