Charlie Gossner was absolutely horrible! Don't go here unless you wanted to be taken advantage of! Charlie yelled at me and my sister when i asked why the pricing was so high! NEVER GETTING AN ALPHA!

I recently switched dealerships for servicing my Alfas and I’m very happy I made the switch to Alfa Romeo of Santa Monica. From the moment I pulled into the service drive I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Casey, my service advisor is extremely knowledgeable, forthright, and professional. A bonus is that he is also an Alfa Romeo owner. I will be coming back for any future services and would be happy to recommend this service department to any SoCal Alfa owner.

We had such a terrific experience leasing our Alfa Romeo Tonale here! From the salesperson Lucas, to the desk manager Charlie, to the finance director Nick, everyone was so kind and easy to work with.Everyone was also extremely efficient, we were in and out in about an hour.Highly recommend coming here if you’re in the market for a Maserati or Alfa. Ask for Lucas!

Ken Samo is the worst, can't believe he still has a job here. Had my Alfa since July and can't even give me proper updates, constantly hangs up in my face. Just horrible.

So far so good! If you have an Alfa, you know you have to go to a reputable dealer to get your car taken care of. I'm satisfied with Alfa Romeo of Santa Monica. Whenever We are going to drive a far distance, we take the car there for a little "check-up." We haven't been charged for the excellent service for these check-ups. Getting the oil changed, and routine upkeep I have been doing only once a year. It's pricey, but it's an Alfa. And I want it to run well and stay beautiful!

Just an update to my original review. It's been 3 years since purchasing a new Alfa from this dealership. The car has been extremely reliable, not a single issue! All I do is bring it in for the manufacturer's recommended service, put in gas and go. Yesterday's service visit was again a pleasure. I arrived for my appointment and was immediately greeted by Lili. She's been there my entire time of ownership and is an asset to the dealership. Casey my Service Advisor had my car in for its service right away and I was in and out in the exact time he had estimated. Even with an included car wash and vacuum. It says a lot about a car dealer when their staff remains with them over the years. Too many dealerships have so much employee turnover that they become unrecognizable to their customers after a time. In 3 years of being a customer of theirs it's always a pleasure to be greeted by them: Lili, Casey, Ken, Pedro Leal, Peter (service technician), the men who washed my car, even the lot staff and Jose (who brought me to their new vehicle storage lot three years ago to assist me in my purchasing process).I really recommend this dealership for both purchasing and servicing your car. They're great communicators, friendly, knowledgeable and respect your time.

I guess these guys must use the lot for a front and have some kind of back door business going on there because they obviously don't want to sale cars on the last day of the month. My wife and I walked around for 15 minutes looking at cars, walked past the office several times just to make eye contact with someone. Not a single soul bothered to help. I guess they saved me a headache from having to deal with them in the future. Anyway, avoid these losers and spend your hard earned money where it's appreciated.

I wished I didn't have to leave any stars. My husband and I just literally left this lot to buy a Alfa Romeo Stelvio. We walked the lot for about 15mins not one sales person came out to help us. We will be taking our business some place else.

Avoid at all costs if possible. I really wanted to love this place because my first interaction with them was awesome, thanks to Ben and Nick, but I dealt with a lemon and the GM Eric made it impossible to get everything dealt with. I purchased my car in September, it is now March and just got the process finished...it was a headache. I had issues with my car 3 days after purchasing. This review is in regard to the GM himself and the service center trying to give me the run around when it came to what needed to be done to my car, I noticed that they truly did not care about their services when I took my car in for the 3rd time for the same issue and I was getting no response, I took my car in and it took them 4 days to respond to me to get an answer (which I had to contact them) : "we found no issues. Your car is ready for pickup". I went ahead and picked up my car, trusting their word and giving them the benefit of the doubt cause, "they know best". Two days go by and on my way back home from work my car goes on limp mode, can't even go 15mph IN TRAFFIC....And look- I understand that this is not their fault that I purchased a lemon, but shouldn't you find the issue of what is happening to my car after the 3rd time of bringing it in? And for the same issue? Also noticing that this is a safety issue and I shouldn't be driving this vehicle. I tried contacting the GM about this regard, emails and calls were getting ignored, I was even getting responses via phone of their sales team saying "he's not in". When I finally was able to find him sitting at his desk when I randomly came in to pick up a rental, I spoke to him and he promised me he would be communicative and will do everything he can to resolve this, but that I had already contacted the manufacturer and he didn't know why. Why?? Because you and your team is not responsive!!!I contacted Alfa Romeo corporate because I was not getting help from the dealership themselves, explained I was getting a lemon law lawyer and they mentioned they will use their own to get this resolved. Cool, so I'm out of having a car for 2 months, made sure Alfa covered a rental for me. Then I got a call from the dealership saying my whole engine got replaced and my car was ready to be picked up, and that I had to return the rental the next day (which would be impossible for me). I picked up my car, got all the paperwork done for me to drive back home to Long Beach and get a check engine light after 15 min of driving the car....call them explain to them what happened and they literally chuckle and said they "forgot" to replace the computer system in the car after replacing the engine so it will be another few days because they have to order it. HOW, how do you forget to do that?! I'm driving an hour away to pick up my car for your to be unprepared. At this point I'm already in the process of getting my car bought back, but took another 2 1/2 weeks to find a time to get it bought back and another month and a half to even get my GAP check in the mail. Over all, I would never recommend this dealership, the GM does not care about any of your issues, will pretend he does but will make excuses to why he never received emails or calls. Very happy I will never deal with them again. Being in the hospitality industry, you do not deal with customer service the way Eric did, I would suggest for him to start actually caring about his career because effort comes within, everyone gets busy in their work but you should NEVER avoid a customer. Communication goes a LONG way.

We had great experience here. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He understood what we were looking for and walked us through features of the car. Remote starting the Quadrifoglio as we approached for a test drive was the icing on the cake.

I do not recommended this business at all. Specially if you deal with Pedro Leal. He has an attitude. No cordial customer service what so ever. I had my car towed because it went on " limp mode" unaware of what that meant i expected them to figure it out. Pedro told me it was as simple as an oil change. Because the stick was not showing any oil. I told him that my light never came on and that it didn't even give me heads up. I told him to do the oil change and 10 min later he called me that that car was acting up again and that a censor needed to be changed. He then proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me 2300 dls. i got a second opinion and the nicest mechanic at ARMANDOS EUROPEAN SHOP quoted me 800 dls. he told me take my estimate and see if they can match you the price so you don't have to be towing and moving vehicle. It's best if they agree to price match you and then you won't have to deal with extra stress. I presented the quote to Pedro and he kinda laugh at it and said he couldn't and that if i Gad a tow truck ready like rushing me off the lot. I would've thought they wanted my business and could be understanding of the situation. I will not be coming back to this location and to the friends that have an Alfa Romeo i will tell them to not frequent this location. The van Nuys location on the other hand has been very understanding of my needs every time i go and as for Pedro Leal he needs an attitude adjustment or have someone pull the stick out of his a******
