Outstanding customer service. Casey has been my service agent for a few years now and he’s awesome. I know he’s very busy but I always appreciate his personalized service. He always keeps me informed, answers my texts and tells me costs of any repairs up front. He’s really been helpful in keeping my 2018 Fiat 500X in great condition.

Worst place to get your car service .I brought my car in for an oil change and a week later my car started leaking coolant brought it back They were trying to tell me it’s gonna be a $1600 repair for a coolant leak which basically they were just gonna switch out a hose and then I asked him to show me where the car is leaking from “Pedro” just told me all i can tell you is what part is gonna be switched. He brought out the mechanic to show me the leak, but there was nothing leaking. From any hose there. Their excuse was the car is not hot enough even though they drove it around the block Then My covers were not put back. And then all of a sudden they finds more leaks after the car been sitting there for 2 to 3 days these people are scammers. what’s going on ??? Beware do not bring your car here.

I had another fantastic experience at this location, first buying a Fiat 500 and now leasing an Alfa Romeo.
Freddrick was attentive and patient, followed up and answered all our questions, and went over the features of the car. The entire process was smooth and excellent.
The entire team is friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure your car (whether a Fiat or an Alfa Romeo) is in perfect conditions.

Casey at Alfa Santa Monica in the service department is the best! I have been taking my Alfa there for years and he is the main reason I keep going back. He is extremely responsive and always takes great care of me and my car!

The service here is always quick and excellent. Ken Moore is a great supervisor, and I can always rely on him to stay on top of any service issue. I love my Fiat 500e and, thankfully, have had very few service issues.

Always a pleasure coming here for a service. Provided to and from ride share while my car was getting worked on. Since it's in the heart of Santa Monica there are many places you can visit while you wait.

2024 Review: loaner vehicles are reserved for only those holding a CA driver's license. If you live in CA with an out out if state license, good luck.
Contacted this dealership for a lease buyout. Was told I need to have an inspection done, run a credit check, apply for financing if needed and all the other things you'd normally do.
At first it seemed legit. A "mandatory" inspection because I'm buying the car off a lease... and the financing piece. What really got me was the range of price of the inspection and the inability to use my own banking for financing.
The inspection ranged from $500-$900. I later called Alfa Romeo of Van Nuys as well as Ally Auto and both said its optional and should be free. Not sure where the miscommunication is between this dealer and the others.
Secondly, I applied for financing to see what the dealership could offer. I mentioned I was given a quote from my bank that was a pretty amazing deal. Once I said that all of a sudden this dealership didn't "recognize" or "work with" my bank thus I couldnt use it for financing. They also refused to provide me with interest rates and other info I had requested.
The last thing was I brought my car in originally for an issue... I was told I could reschedule that to get looked at after I did the lease buyout, what was more important at the time was the $500-$900 inspection...
The lady I worked with was extremely helpful throughout the process and I thank her for her time. She was just there doing her job. I just wish this dealership wouldn't try so hard to make money off their customers. It's really pathetic when you go to another dealership for the same issues/services and it's free compared to here.

Took almost 25 minutes to get my car after arriving for pickup at 8:15 am. It was initially dropped off car for an oil change. The car was returned with tire pressure light on, of which I had to wait an additional period of time to request for air service although it was listed to have been done during the maintenance. A wash and vacuum said to be included with oil service yet back floor seats of otherwise clean and empty car were left completely unvacuumed.
Unfriendly staff. Will likely not receive service here again.

Started with smiling faces and can do attitudes, as do all big sales and purchases. Then it quickly turned to excuses, and avoiding Me as soon as the deal was closed, and made My first complaint on My brand new Quadrifoglio. A complaint due to the vehicle making noises it shouldn’t right off the lot, due to the rearview mirror falling off in the first 100 miles, due to body imperfections right off the lot, due to bad battery, and other more minor problems. Still avoiding Me, still not returning My calls like promised. Car has barley made it to 5,000 miles and has all these problems mixed with a dealership avoiding Me.?♂️???...?
