Shout out to AE for fixing a blown gas line to my engine. These guys are the best. My car is pretty old so I assumed finding parts would be difficult. But these guys found what I needed so quick, and installed it, and I picked it up the very next day. Can't thank you guys enough for helping me out. Also Chris at the front desk is super cool and professional, guy deserves a raise fr. ??

I’ve been going to AE German for 25 years and I don’t know why it’s taking me until now to write a Google review. When the lights go on in my car, I take my car there. They do the diagnostics. They called me with an estimate before they do the repairs. I’m very grateful for everything that they have done for me and I will continue to go there until I die because I only drive German cars. I have recommended them to family and friends for the last 25 years and I will continue to do so!!! I know all the mechanics. They are my friends. They give me rides back home while they repair my car and pick me up when my car is ready. I don’t know anybody else who has an experience like this. I feel extremely privileged. I hope that you are all reading this because now you know where to go for your German Car.

What an amazing place !! Friday night right before closing (6pm) my car broke down on the freeway. I called them up more or less expecting them not to be able to do a lot for me, the complete opposite they said they would be in store and if I can get my car towed to them by 8 pm someone would still be there. The whole team but especially Tim was just amazing! They explained everything to me and tried to get the best outcome for me and my situation. So patient, welcoming and truly kind would recommend this place to anyone! You’ll be in great hands!

I haven’t personally been here yet but so far when i’ve called and stopped in they been nothing but helpful. This place has good expertise on their staff and prices are way better than going to the dealership. Especially in Los Angeles with how expensive it can be and i’m new to the area. I plan to get all my work done here.

My wife was screaming at me from across town on her cell because her Jaguar started vibrating really badly. So I found AE German had good reviews and had her tow it there. The PCV valve was bad, they quickly diagnosed it and said they could squeeze us in before they closed. (It was Saturday, so 2:00) wife was happy a said her car ran better than it has in a long time. I give 4 stars because we had an "administrative glitch " that Could have been avoided. Chris stepped up and fixed everything, he is a real honest guy and I strongly recommend seeking him out for your appointment. Highly recommend The shop.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would! This place REALLY LIVES UP TO ITS NAME! trust the reviews, i did, and it got me such great service on my BMW by such great people. Chris and team were able to quickly navigate my concerns and get me taken care of. While i came in for a relatively small repair, chris and team found an even bigger issue in my engine that would have been REALLY BAD if they didnt take care of it when they did. I am so grateful. DO NOT under any circumstances go to BMW santa monica for any service or repair. Instead, come to AE where you will get TRUSTED service by people who care and WILL NOT SCAM YOU!
