Came in at 8:14 pm they close at 9pm wanted to try on two jeans, however they said the fitting rooms are closed because they are closing soon… there’s 45 min prior to closing. The music was off and you can tell associates were doing go backs, I offered to even take my two jeans back if needed to try it on.. she said to just buy it and return it if they don’t fit the next day. I understand if it’s like 15 mins prior to closing but it’s 45 minutes. Management needs to get it together if they wanna have people actually purchase items ~

It is one of the largest stores of this brand with the greatest variety of clothing that I have ever visited. We bought a Mc Laren t-shirt which looks pretty good.

Went to buy two items (one of 45$ and the other of 40$) and the manager store asked to subscribe in the rewards program to get a 10$ discount. The total billed seemed too high and found it strange that she didn’t give me the paper receipt (while all other customers got one). I imediately checked the email and saw on the electronic receipt that she actually billed two times the 45$ item. Got back and eventually she made a fake return for one of the items but she said that I cannot have the 10$ discount because that is applied only once. So basically had only 5$ discount for her mistake (I wonder if that was really a mistake considering her behaviour during the whole story, especially after understanding that I am just a tourist here, no even living in the USA)

Please update your store hours on this, sure it's on your website but I just went after a long day of work to try to grab an online package that will be going back on the floor in 2 days if I don't pick it up. I'm out of town for the next two days I didn't have time to grab it the other day like I thought I did. I asked to extend it - they said they couldn't. I hurried after I had to work late to come waste my time to see that they are closed. I begged to see if I could just get my package but they said no through the close doors. UPDATE YOUR HOURS. Now I'm going to have to deal with customer service tomorrow.

Slow, indifferent and full of lazy staff. Couldnt check out for 20 mins and took off. Guy at cash said , have a good one , was the final straw. They shd be fired , new staff new blood

I have to give credit where credit is due. This store used to be SO obnoxious that I would walk out within a minute because the over the top club music was at such a level I couldn't hear myself think, let alone make a purchase decision!Now??? It a really nice place to shop. For a lot of reasons:1) They play more appropriate music and at a nice, normal level.2) They upped their game in terms of clothing quality and desirability.3) Reasonable prices and great sales the 2x I've been in (granted it's December and January).4) Nice staff.I'm really glad I gave them another shot when I was in last month I ended up walking out with one item. And I just went back in and purchased another item this time.Bravo to AF for changing their business model, and with so many stores unfortunately having closed on the 3rd St. Promenade, this one is now at the top of my list.

So rude. They don’t let you try more than 5 things in the fitting room, when you return things that didn’t work out. Makes no sense ?? No shop does this as long as you have no more than 5 things in the room at a time.

The customer service here was HORRIBLE! I wasn’t even greeted. All employees were walking around talking to each other. I was super excited to try on their popular jeans! I grabbed a couple and when trying on realized I needed another size. I asked the employee if she could grab me the size , she looked very annoyed and never returned with them. I decided to give up and leave when I seen her I said “were you able to grab me that size” and she said “oh….no” Sunday 02/19 around 4pm.
