This pharmacy is a bright spot when navigating a broken, difficult healthcare system. Above and beyond customer service from the entire staff, and the pharmacist is patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.

This pharmacy was rude when they called to update me about my prescription. My doctor called to make they had the prescription in stock and the rep that called was curt, cold and accusatory and had no solutions.

We went to get my son a booster at the SM street fair today and they didn't have for 5+. The guy called the pharmacy and they stayed open til we arrived to give my son the booster. Pharmacist was very kind and put him at ease. They were great.

I've been searching for a pharmacy that cares. During the last two years my usual pharmacy became unbearable. I am so pleased to find this amazingly user friendly business. A pharmacy with a heart All of their assistants and pharmacists are exceptional. I just can't say enough! Thank you 986!!

These guys are just the best-Gerald, the owner, is a young, enthusiastic PharmD who is realizing his dream, running a simple Mom-and-Pop pharmacy, and is doing a wonderful job. His coworkers are bright, enthusiastic, and super-helpful. I got my Covid-19 shots there for free, and they were so kind and helpful. And the prices were terrific. I'll be back!

What a cute pharmacy! They are located on the ground floor of one of the Santa Monica medical towers. In fact, for all you locals, they have taken over the old Horton & Converse space. I called them to schedule my Johnson & Johnson covid vaccine, and was able to get through and scheduled on my first try. The whole process was quick and painless. There was a questionnaire to fill out and no copay! Connie was extremely professional and friendly, and put my mind at ease before sticking me with the vaccine. It feels like a family here, everyone just seems so comfortable with one another and treated me like a person and not just a number. Marq took my signature after the 15 minute waiting period, and was kind enough to keep to conversation with me while I waited. The owner, Gerald, makes sure to greet everyone that walks in the store and to make them feel welcome. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot (pun intended!) If you are passing by. They also offer delivery!

I've never had better service nor better advice from a pharmacy visit. I left feeling reassured and thoroughly cared for. Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager Gerald Ko is superb, and I can happily say that I will no longer be going elsewhere for prescriptions and medications. Not only did he advise me on products, but he was able to give me holistic insight on the treatment I had recently received; he saved me a significant amount of money and offered to help discuss best options with my insurance company; and even offered to send my orders up to my home in the Santa Monica Mountains. A very successful business update to the medical location on Santa Monica Blvd and a new standard set for LA based pharmacists and beyond!
