Booked an appointment at LAX center and paid. Received a confirmation email but the center was closed and appeared abandoned the day of the appointment.Have yet to hear a response from the company.

Such a quick in and out testing process - even got results sooner than anticipated. Most of all the tech Disiree was fabulous. Super kind and made it a great experience!

Why do you say your lab results are covered by insurance and offer codes? It's on the website. Basically, the 30 minute PCR is paid out of pocket by the patient. Period. Not totally honest.

Flynn is fantastic ! We arrived slightly early due to good traffic, and he was super accommodating. Very refreshing to arrive early and be greeted with a friendly face :)

It's great we have testing locations, but this one is run terribly. There's no purpose in making a reservation for a specific time; people are seen in order of arrival whenever they turn up.
The staff were trying, but clearly overworked.
It took 25 minutes of negotiation to be seen, and may have taken double that if I'd continued standing in line.
