Pulled in at 2:30am on my way to work. Only had cash, the sign on the pay window said “pay inside”, the door was locked. I saw a women making coffee, knocked on the door and showed her the money. She rudely yelled “we are closed!”. Last time I stop here, thank you to SHELL across the street for having a competent attendant.

The owner was insanely rude. I went inside after the machine said to talk to cashier. I asked a very, very simple and relaxed question, and in return, I received an a** being rude to me for no reason and yelling, again, for no reason. If you want to feel like you amount to nothing in life, just have a quick chat with him. He'll happily knock you down as many pegs as you'd like.

The owner was very rude. I said why did it ask me to swipe or insert card if you have to insert the card to process the payment. And the owner said i should be smart because i work at ucla. Then he was trying to get a reaction by saying i was getting mad. Totally unprofessional and uncourteous.

Sanjay is a very aggresive and unpolite person. My husband paid for the gas inside and got a coffee from the machine , but the cup was leaking and when he asked simply for an extra cup the guy was about to attack him and he was shouting and cursing to my husband saying the F word all the time stay away from this gas station
