I went to pay and they had that scammer device on top I’m so happy I had cash I saw another review on yelp same place someone paid tap and the cashier said they didn’t pay I’m more than sure he wanted them to put the chip in the machine to get there information scammers . The employees put them on I could tell the card machine had tape all over the side of it ask the employee

This spot is an absolute hellhole. The coffee station is a disaster. The only flavors available were blueberry and hazelnut coffee at seven in the morning.

I forgot to mention that they made my friend pay TWO times. My friend paid using Apple Pay and it said approved. They stopped us at the door and told us to pay again. It was 12 am so we just wanted to leave. ( didn't let us go until we paid agajn) TERRIBLE place. We got scammed.

Me and my friend bought a donut in the store, we went to our car and realized there is mold inside of it, we talked to the owner of the store and asked him to replace it. He told us to buy a new one and we disagreed, the cashier put his hand on the handle of the pocket knife and started to scream at us. The cashier might have been under the influence , we left the store in a rush so my friend didn't get to film what happened. Do not go there, the cashier is fuckin crazy. There was also some old guy but he didn't do anything and just watched.

Great place to get coffee and any other drinks or food to get started in the morning, employees assist you when you ask them as well with the app too

This store is not open all day. It closes after hours and the old man inside just sits there and does absolutely Nothing. He just stares at you and says "We are closed". He is lazy and rude.

This 7/11 closes just cause they feel like it from 1:30 am - 4am.. it's bs. They are NOT 24/7 so don't expect it. They literally jus sit inside on their phones from 1:30am -4 and if you call they will tell you they are open. Don't fall for it I just callled tonight and they said they were open and I got there and he locked the doors and is sitting on his phone. Instead of helping the customer he comes to the door and yells at me to go away and that their closed.

This place has become so overrun with people begging for money outside of the store. If you come early in the morning, they are really out there arguing and going at it and it feels like the apocalypse. I try to go here during daylight hours, as the police often come by, and sweep up the homeless, but they eventually come back. There was even one time when one of the store clerks had to lock himself inside of the store, to protect himself from a crazy man yelling with a stick outside. During the week in the weekday, this place is packed with high school students, so it is primarily best to go here in the afternoon/evening.They have all of the usual goodies that you want, but the downside is that the AC machine is not always working. The coffee is usually hot and ready for you. Unless you come early in the morning when they are getting it ready for the rush. The location is kind of unique in that it is in a strip mall that shares the property with four other businesses, so the parking can be kind of tight sometimes.The number one take away from this location is just to be aware of your surroundings and be careful when pulling out of the driveway.

This place is in a great location for Santa Monica residents but an eyesore as well. There are a bunch of people sleeping around the entrance and its sad.They ask for money, fight and even block the door in their activities sometimes. I've seen cashiers fight street people here.Located a block from Santa Monica High School, the kids crowd the place at lunch and it gets sketchy at night. The owner is a really sweet guy and you have to feel for him.They have a security guard most of the day (plain clothes) and that's comforting.

Came here every morning for a year, had no issues, then I bought headphones that didn't work, and the manager who I bought it from would not give me my money back. Guy calls everyone boss, and clearly does not care about everyday customers just to make $15 on a pair of headphones. I will never come here again there's plenty of 7/11's around I don't see a point in supporting this one.

This is the most unique 7-11 I have ever seem. The shopkeeper is energetic and responsible. He is acting like he owns the store and serving with every detail. He calls for backpack to leave in the front and his voice is not weak with a serious face, and occasionally smiles.You feel different vibe when you are in this one. Others are like, I don’t care, I only work here. But this one makes you feel the energy.
