Hot food is always rotten, spoiled or dry and tasteless. Store is closed at night. Multiple things I can get at any other 711 is ALWAYS unavailable or out of stock like it doesn’t exist. 4 thumbs down!!

As an Uber driver, I stop at the 7-Eleven often because it's right near the supercharger. This evening, I was charged for a cup of ice even though I bought several drinks. This is the first time this has happened and I think it's absolutely ridiculous!

I hope this is the right one near the donut store! But this short dude ws so rude to me ! So real easy I bought a tall can from them of Dr Pepper and when . I got to my truck it was spraying all over my groceries , I could t believe it ! So it ruined all My shit and I was out a Soda! So I brought to the window and showed the short little dude and he said not His fault! Wow, are you serious! What's crazy is that some of the security guys who work Outside say they do t go inside because there so rude! Listen dude you picked the career path of a slurpee pusher not me, and secondly Santa Monica yes has homeless people that's not my fault ! But to treat everyone like shit is crazy! So I am taking this to Cooperate and going as high as I can do that this guy gets fired !! So funny I can see like three people ripping you off while ur store clerk does nothing ! Let's see it's 1155 July 19th so that the guy causing u money!! Peace and hair grease skip this 7/11 if you can!!

I visited this store during my trip to California. It’s fully stocked and clean. Employees are not very friendly except for Micaela, the hispanic lady, she is friendly and chatty.
My only complaint is that their restrooms were “out of service” and that the expresso machine wasn’t dispensing any expresso drinks except for Americano coffee.
Other than that, Micaela was amazing.

I drive and work in the area every night and I always make multiple stops to this 7-11. I just left there at 1:35 am after the short Indian man working told me that I couldn't use the restroom. He's working and will not allow me to use the restroom. I asked him why and he replied saying "because I said so." I will never spend another dollar at this 7-11. I will never step foot inside this 7-11 either. You guys just lost a customer due to one rude employee. Keep it up and good luck

This place all the time is close . The person working there close all night . For supposed clean . Is the worst. Waisted time trying to get something to eat at 1 am or 2 am .
