Yikes, looks like my review got taken down. I’m leaving a poor review of this business because I spent over $600 on a purse plus shipping. When it arrived, it was a completely different color and size than advertised on their website, so I promptly returned it. Obviously this was the business’ error, so upon return I requested my shipping fee be refunded in addition to the item being refunded. They refused to refund me the shipping costs, despite again this being their error. This is unacceptable.

Don't ever go to this place. Don't ever! After bringing my two suitcases of clothes here, the staff told me to come back in more than an hour, so I waited for more than an hour. Then staff said they were short of staff and couldn't check a single piece of clothing!! I wasted almost two hours for nothing!! Then I had to take this two heavy suitcases home intact.Trash people and trash place??

I’m not sure if it’s because they think I don’t live here or because I’m female but they played me out my pockets. Charging me WAY less than my items value. I’ve even brought in brand new items, never worn; that are only worth “$1”. The last payment they gave me was $2 and some change for more than 2 items…..the man at the counter was very nervous and shaky and proceeded to say “ I just want you to be clear that I did not process this order.”….that was like my 4/5th & LAST time going. I sent in a email to possibly receive all my receipts as well so it could be used in court considering my situation & they’ve done it to me multiple times. Giving broke and unprofessional. I want my money & God don’t play about Natayah Morgan. I did not move to California for this. WOULDNT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

This place is a scam. They pay you on average $0.65/item. And turn around and sell it for a fortune. And then any clothes they will not pay you for they will "donate" them on your behalf. They sell them. Take your clothes and donate them to charity, take the tax deduction. Waste of time....

This place is trash. I went to sell a few items: a BRAND new coach wristlet (they offered $10) and rare Jordan 1s worn twice in PERFECT condition (new $260, currently valued at $160) - they offered $13. They attempt to rip people off, and after reading other reviews that’s just how they operate. Bad business practice, and overall just garbage people.

I went In to sell my 5 bags of clothes ! I waited an hour for them to really give me 24 dollars for 3 bags of my clothes ! They really gave me 10 cents for each item ! I don’t want to throw away clothes in the landfill but this is an insult ! They should have given Atleast 1 dollar for each item ! I had to take the money since I wasn’t going to lose my time and effort that it took going there ! Do not dare sell ur clothes here ! They tried to sell their stuff to me but I’m not there to spend money ! The melrose location is alot better with prices and giving you something instead of basically throwing change at you like if I was homeless ! Please train your buyers better ! Do not donate anything to them they don’t deserve it !!

I have bought clothing from here before that im super happy with, but like many others said, the prices they offer you for selling your clothing are ridiculous. When they told me my genuine leather trench coat and like new converse shoes, plus a handful of other items were worth $16– i thought i had misheard them. Sold the same items a few days later on depop for way more.
As a sincere bit of advice to this store, how do you plan on bringing in good quality clothing when there are many other platforms and ways to sell used clothing available these days? I would’ve gladly let my items go for less than i sold them on depop for the convenience of having them all gone in one go, but the amount i was offered was laughable, in fact.. i believe i did laugh when they showed me the evaluation. Thanks but, no thanks.

I just waited over 2 hours for nothing. There was BARELY any store traffic. It’s a Monday afternoon and I legitimately waited over 2 hours because their employees simply do not want to do their job. I don’t know if the employees hate the process of selling but what gives? Making people wait because you guys want to purposely push back work is insane. Hire better people.

Better to donate to the less fortunate than to sell your pre loved stuffs here . Long wait for a penny . I will never ever give them business in the future .

It has a nice selection of trendy gently used clothes. They have luxury brands and regular brands. It is about $7 for a T-shirt, so it isn't as budget friendly as a thrift store but the selection makes up for it. There are only 2 fitting rooms, so it was approximately a 10 minute wait to try on clothes.

I feel so ripped off from this store. They evaluated my clothes and offer me $25 for over a grand worth of clothing. I didn’t sell it all but I sold some and I regret it. They make you wait for so long and then people are waiting behind you when you’re trying to decide if you want to sell it. I felt so pressured and I wish I could just get my stuff back. They’re sooooo rude. Wish I never gave them business. Really grossed out by this place.

It’s worth coming here just to check out their collection of things, since there’s plenty of variety. Pricing is questionable though because you can find something for cheap and then a comparable piece for twice as much. Staff was friendly but I felt rushed to purchase and leave towards closing time.
