Had had wonderful experience but this year changed I have been waiting for almost 4 months of my refund for a warranty cancelation and all they tell me that because they going through a buy out everything is delay..very bad experience this is my forth car I bought here I went with another dealer to buy my new car now

Went for a recall appointment. Had wonderful customer service today.
Lemme Vargas is a great employee and fine example of customer service.
Our appointment was handed swiftly with a shuttle ride, air for the tires, and car wash!!
I'm so pleased I wanted to make sure his supervisors know.

Alert: Be careful and read all the paperwork before you sign, especially if you deny additional warranty or any other coverage options. Do not take their word as integral; they took advantage of my senior mom paying cash. Unfortunately, unethical and disrespectful business practices are occurring in the sales department and with one of their financial managers, Diego at this location currently. Proceed with caution, as a courtesy warning. The service department staff are a great help and present themselves with professionalism. The owner was notified of our experience and responded in a very timely manner with an apology and agreed to address our complaint immediately. This was appreciated, especially after all the business we’ve done with Winn Hyundai over the years.

Frank Turk and the service team at Wynn Hyundai of Santa Maria truly are some of the best in the business. They were completely competent and transparent about my warranty engine replacement and executed it seamlessly. My family and I have been Hyundai loyalists since the year 2000. Best warranty in the business!

I have gone to Winn Hyundai over the last two weeks 3 times for multiple issues with my car and not only have they always been super kind and attentive, they truly care about making sure that their customers are happy. The guys in the service department are great and the mechanic that did my oil change was great as well! It’s nice to know I have somewhere to take my vehicle that will give exceptional customer service!

I purchased a 2023 Ioniq 5Limited from Winn Hyundai and the car had a tear in the front passenger door panel. I was told I could replace the tear on the panel with a product of Amazon. After researching I found that the door panel had to be replaced at the tune of $1,900.00 part only. I sent pictures of other vehicles and blogs showing that this was a defect and would be covered under warranty. I’ve spoken with the manager Bobby of the store several times and not one time did he call me to let me know the status of the warranty claim. The customer service is well below par coming from the manager.
I took the car to Hyundai in Bakersfield and the service advisor asked his mechanic to take a look at it an told me he’d call me later on today. While leaving their store the service advisor text me and told me the $1,900 door panel would be in Friday at no charge because it’s under warranty.
