Guess I'm not alone in my horrible review of this place! Worst do it yourself car wash I have ever been to - as well as highest price. I went in there yesterday to wash my car that had been sitting outside for about a month while I was on vacation. I had been here a few years ago and that same thing happened, but I stupidly thought that things had changed. Paid $4 for a car wash that was only WATER - there was no soap or wax in their dispenser evidently. Just try and wash your very dirty car with water only! Will never ever go back to this place!

Went to the drive through car wash, it stole $10 from me and there is no sign with phone number or how to get a refund. Never coming back

Touchless car wash doesn’t work half the time. No number to call nor people around if issues with machines happen.

First time I tried they didn't have any soap so I paid to spray car with water. Had some leftover tokens so decided to give it another shot.. but the machine just ate my tokens the second time. No staff or attendants. No reason to come back to this place

So this was my first visit and I must say this is my new wash place forever. They have an automated system but an employee still came to assist which for a new time user was perfect. He ensured i was all set for my wash. When the wash started and I saw all the lights I was so hyped up i love all things bright and shiny and that little thing made me smile. The vacuum is the best hands down in Santa Maria and it doesn't hurt that you can get tacos and a cold drink from the same square. Win win win all the way around.

This place is garbage. Tryin to rinse off the cars is terrible. Constant soap flows through the hose. So sometimes u get straight water while rinsing and then you get a little soap water. Aka not rinsing anything. Very frustrating....

I decided to try a different car wash today. Brushes looked good, the hoses looked ok. Went to change the money I had for coins and the coins came out mixed, their coins with quarters. Then the actual wash bay didn't work. I put in the required amount to start the wash and nothing happened. Nobody on site to answer questions or a phone number to call.
