Horrible service, one bank teller. I was waiting in line, lady from the bank branch comes out and randomly decides the person she is helping gets to go first. There's a line for a reason. I will no longer bank here. Thank you for your help

We had the pleasure of working with Mayra Vasquez at this branch. She went above and beyond for me and my aunt as we navigated some tricky issues with my grandmother's estate. We were blown away by how helpful, kind and professional she was. We were very thankful for her excellent customer service.

We have been WF customers for 15 years. Today was the first really bad experience we've had with a teller. Her name was Jackie. We came in to change denominations of our bills we had. She asked us first to count them ourselves rather than her counting them...lazy. Then she shorted us $10, and then she wanted us to step aside while we were still doing a transaction which is a personal safety thing!!! Very unprofessional!

I just came in for a cash withdrawal and I have not been in a bank in a long time. The teller was very helpful and talked to me about shifting my credit card and my rewards points and All kinds of things to get me updated and save money. That was very appreciated.

Wells Fargo had three strikes with me in one week at three different branches in Santa Maria, Ca. For that reason I will be done with this bank soon. One manager in a desk behind the tellers was eyeing me down as if I owed her something, clearly made me feel belittled on main st. 1450 s Broadway had me wait for one hour and 5 minutes to be helped. Made an appointment to open a business account at 2445 s Broadway, walked next door to Rite aid pharmacy to buy a mask come to find out the banker accepted another client. What's the appointment for if some else can take it without an appointment?!!! Thankfully there are countless banks that know how to appreciate there customers. I will be transferring to another bank, after banking with Wells Fargo for 12 years.

There is only one teller a good portion of the time. I waited in line 35 minutes. There were other employees in the bank but none of them could help the one lone teller they had. I asked if anyone else could help and was given excuse after excuse. They are not open when they say they are. No sign posted as to why they are closed. Horrible customer service. Worst bank I've had.

WORSTTT BRANCHHH I EVER BEEN TOO !! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR HONESTLY, the manager was not understanding what so ever, no wonder this branch is always empty , I never have an issue cashing my check until I came to this branch ! cooperate should really hire better people to run their branch !!!

Santa Maria has few places they have good customer service and this place is not one of them. Tellers are happy to help, but anything else, nope not really make an appointment for a 3 minute transaction-- then tell customer too busy when she is right there sitting on her chair. Wells Fargo use to be a great bank, but perhaps it's the personnel they hire here locally. Like 90% of all businesses in Santa Maria- they suck

Was serviced by a teller with a bad attitude, Nathalia Rhea, who was extremely condescending and rude. Glad I will be switching banks to avoid dealing with terrible customer service from Wells Fargo.

I love this branch. I go in all the time for work and adore the tellers. Recently I have been meeting a lot with one of the bankers, Mayra. I cannot day enough good things about Mayra. I had to go through her because I was dealing with some annoyingly complicated paperwork for my late mother's estate. Mayra has been exceptionally kind and helpful. Mayra saved my sanity during this process. I truly felt she went above and beyond. She not only was a great help to me, but she was always so kind to my kids that have been forced to accompany to these bank visits. Mayra is exceptional.

I went in the S. Broadway branch to open an account. The lady told me I need a two forms of ID so I went to the Social Security office got a receipt of my social security card because my whole wallet was stolen and I don't have anything came back she told me that wasn't good enough and I went a couple blocks down the street to Chase bank and open up an accountwith the same documents that I provided to the employee at Wells Fargo. In addition to that, she was very rude
