Kyle the manager at this branch made sure to make up for past troubles, he is a great guy with outstanding customer service. Although I have other bank accounts with numerous banks, this branch is now my favorite due to Kyle's experience and his effort to make all my visit personable.

I would never use this bank for a refinance again. I was curious as to why my principal went up by 40000. Dollars when I took zero equity on the loan. They kept the equity and did not refund my unused escrow. Speaking with other lenders recently, I was informed that I had been ripped off.

What a great experience I had here at Wells Fargo with the man Israel!!! If you want to be taken care of like family come down here and talk to him he is amazing!!!!
