Pharmacy customer service is one of the worst. I will switch to other pharmacy as they don't care about their mediocre customers service.

Employee named JOHN working 9/30/23 @ Orcutt Walgreens location (around 6:30PM) was very impolite and straight up rude. A very bad, distasteful representation of the Company and management should reconsider his employment. Will be reaching out to his manager and corporate. Hope you see this JOHN. It costs you absolutely nothing to be a nice person.Thank you to the employee who overheard and kindly jumped in to assist. Your kindness speaks volumes.

Extremely rude and inconsiderate. They kept me on hold for 15 minutes minutes. The first 2 times they asked me to hold after that the next 13-20 times the phone rang they would answer and say nothing and automatically put me on hold. Horrible customer service!

Speaking from my experiences with this store - Medications are never ready in a timely manner . I always call prior to driving down to the store to pick up any prescription. The staff answering phones Informs that prescription are either ready or in roughly “an hour” . When I arrive the medication(s) are never ready . It’s very frustrating , changes need to be made at the south Broadway Walgreens location . Addl staff is needed in pharmacy and throughout the store .

Entire lack of compassion for customers time. Having to return several times in order to get medication's picked up because pharmacy staffing levels are low and pharmacist. Don't seem to care for patients.

This locations pharmacy has the RUDEST staff I have ever met. One gentleman in specific is rude and very unprofessional in my opinion if you hate your job then quit your job other people should not have to suffer because you are having a bad day. So many sick people that just want their medication or simply have questions I will definitely be reaching out to corporate and file a huge complaint.

Unfortunately, the pharmacy department is always under staffed. I was checking on a prescription submitted two days ago that should have been ready yesterday and was on hold for 20 minutes when the phone just cut off. When I called back I was placed in a loop. In my opinion, that is terrible customer service.

Worst ever! I went to pick and prescription fot my 2 year old son. I get there and they tell me it's not ready. My husband goes after work, he goes inside huge line. He then decides to go through the drive through and waits and hour to be told it's still not ready and they are working on it. He then mentions I was there ealier so "they go check" the lady come to tell us he has to back inside because we have to get over the counter. My husband explains he has been waiting and if he can purchase it though her and she says she can't. This not customer service at all. Worst experience ever with a pharmacy. I am trying to make my baby feel better. I will change pharmacy.

This location needs way more staff working in their pharmacy. Every single time I come to pick up my medication there is 10 to 12 cars in the drive thru and 20 people in line inside the store itself. I have had so many issues with missing prescriptions, and my insurance not being billed correctly. It would be really nice to see some improvement with the service here.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is slow and doesn't answer their phone at all most times. I used to use them regularly, but stopped after several bad experiences with delays filling prescriptions only to be told the medicine was unavailable. Because of this pharmacy, my son was left for days without critical medication he depends on as we frantically sought out another pharmacy to accommodate us. They are disorganized, and have signage that is misleading and confusing. Staff is mostly friendly in person, but this hardly compensates for the systemic shortcomings.

This is the worst store of any kind I’ve visited. I was looking for a Walgreens product and they didn’t have it in stock. This portly Mexican American named Micheal was one of the rudest people in retail I’ve encountered. I will never set foot in this store again.

Seriously this "drive through" is the worst ever! I drive, join the line of cars, and have to turn off the engine, and wait in dead stop line for about 1.5 HOURS! Yes, if there are like 3-4 cars in front, 1.5 is a minimum wait line. Then the car passes, then we all turn engines and crawl that car length to stop again for another 25-30 min. This is insane and I'm trying to write this review waiting in said line, in the rain, but also, hey, there is an idea: tell the people that are waiting for the prescription to be filled, to park on the parking lot, and move your a*** and bring them the prescription to the car, meanwhile, the ready-to-pick up people can pick it up. Come here if you hate yourself, I'm done with them.

Good experience. They always busy. Many patients/peoples willing to get drugs. I’d expect to have some delays, it’s only because they are working hard and trying to satisfy every patient.
