Fire whoever was frying chicken at 5/1/2024 2:30pm because the outside of my chicken was refried at least twice and is as hard as a rock.
Seriously Management, check your workers; because how do you mess up fried chicken like that? Legitimately almost broke the plastic fork I was using just trying to tear into it.

Literally only come here at night because it’s conveniently next to where I live. Never come here after 8pm always long lines and not exaggerating usually 1-2 cashiers. Tonight it’s 1 cashier with a huge line and at least 20 people in line from register 3 wrapped around to the floral sections. (Past the other registers)

The customer service is non-existent.Today, I went to Vons because I need to gallons of water. When I placed my water jugs on the conveyor belt, the cashier was chatting with the customer in front of me, being very friendly with them. When that customer walked away, thing immediately changed.I was not greeted AT ALL. The cashier, Tessa, rang up my water, grabbed the receipt, held it out to me, and said "Here".THAT'S IT!!She was obviously too busy chatting with two other employees to give customer service. I honestly received the impression that I was an interruption to her conversation.This wasn't the 1st time I was treated like this. It seems to me that Vons doesn't care about their customers.
