I had an absolute nightmare situation with AT&T and the Verizon store on Broadway in Santa Maria came in and helped get everything straight. Quick, orderly and professional.

I went out of my way to go to this store because the person I spoke to on the phone seemed friendly. On the bill I noticed an additional fee for "device setup service" that said was valued at $40, but they were charging $20. They said that was something that everyone had to pay, and that they even gave me a discount on it. It didn't feel right, so I asked again & the person still was not honest. In total I asked them three times.
There was nothing for them to even set up. Nor did I ask for them to set anything up. They didn't spend any time "setting" anything up for me, or communicating about an optional service regarding a "device setup."
I called Verizon as I left the store & they told me that additional charge was in fact a fee that goes directly to the employees for when they have to spend significant amounts of time helping a customer set up a phone. Verizon said there are people who are known to take advantage of that so that they make extra money themselves. Rather unfortunate this person chose to steal money from a customer like that.

I recommend Carlos Coronado for immediate Pay raise! I needed help with my bill and to look at promotions for a future upgrade. He helped me out. Great staff here overall!

April was my salesman and she did an outstanding job, in ensuring me as to what I was getting for their current promotion. I came in considering on just getting 1 iPhone and 1 iPad and then I walked out with 2 of each and an Apple Watch! She does a great job on letting you know what you’re going to get charged for monthly. Super nice! Ask for her!

I had a great experience at this Verizon store. Monica helped set up an appointment for me the same hour that I called! Matthew helped me find the Apple Watch that I was looking for and all went well. Both employees very nice and helpful.

April assisted me a few days ago and I got a follow up call from Monica at the call center over all I’ve had a great experience with both ladies.
April did a great job explaining my porting over process the service is great can’t wait to switch my whole family over

Monica did an amazing job helping me set up an appointment and explaining to me what I’d expect she set me up with April and April was very informative and helped me pick out the best plan that would work for me. Both ladies had positive attitudes and very good communication.

Eddie helped me trade in our old phones. He got us the best deal possible, getting $1000 off each phone and adding a work line, where we are now paying less monthly than we were before. He was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I left in a quick amount of time with the phones fully set up!

Kind, courteous, and extraordinarily professional. This Verizon store is far better than the other one in town and even though it's a bit farther than the other one, I make it a priority to go to this one every time. I've always received great service with their employees taking the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed and making an effort to get me whatever deals and discounts they can. I've never been unsatisfied with my purchases here either and the place is kept immaculate.

My wife and I were very pleased with how hard Damian Munoz worked to complete our upgrade to new phones. He carefully and fully explained our options and was very pleasant as we all worked our way past several hurdles that dealt with connecting my hearing aids with my new cell phone. The phone is working fine. And I am happy to praise Damian for getting me to this point.

Angel Reyes & Eddie Diaz were both nice & eager to help. Angel was the one who helped me get a discount on my bill and ordered my iPhone since I had an offer on my account to swap my phone with Verizon. It was his rest day when I decided to drop by and pickup the phone and have been willingly helped by Eddie to set everything up. I couldn’t be more grateful to both of them.Short story: Before I started with Verizon couple years ago, I went out shopping to the other competitor. I was in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting to get help. I ended up frustrated and left that store, considering it was my lunch break. When I got off of work at 5pm, I went up straight to Verizon and got what I needed!Elite carrier company requires elite and pleasant customer service!Network service —Check!Billing queries— Check!Discounts and Perks— Check!Customer service— Big Check!10 out of 5! ?Kudos to everyone!Everyone needs a raise!

Don't trust a single word they say regarding promotions and rebates --- especially if its Eddie.. all lies and BS - they just want to take advantage of you - could be seen as elder abuse in my opinion. Stay away stay away stay away.
