Saw two rugs there. Lady was suppose to E-mail different color choices. Prices for me to special order. NEVER HEARD from her, for two weeks. Claims?? She emailed me??? Well! I returned her two carpet samples, went elsewhere. My first experience was not a good one.

In two years time my carpet has buckled terribly and it looks awfulThis happens from improper installationAll 3 bedrooms , hallway and living room .Going to call them cuz they should pay for the cost of restreching the carpet not me !

Went in to look at flooring samples for an RV we are refurbishing to sell. Associate knew why we came in and was excited to help (not the only one on the floor), but left to help some repeat customers (not a big deal). After they left, he proceeded to answer a phone call re: sending a check (so, non-emergency). We left with a couple of samples, but - although we wanted them - no quotes (but again, not a big deal).Fast forward to today. I have a sample picked out so I go in to get a quote ... they don't do installs on RVs. Why weren't we told this from the beginning? And the reason? All the ins and outs. What does that mean?? I told him we were taking everything out and replacing the subfloor ... didn't matter. Ain't gonna happen.First of all? Why weren't we told that they didn't have installation service? And, why do they think that "all the ins and outs" is a good reason? I am very disappointed at the entire interaction with this company. It doesn't matter that I'll go elsewhere ... because they won't care.

Valley Flooring Carpet One has a good product at a fair price. We have used them for laminate flooring in our kitchen / living room, carpet in the bedrooms, and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in the bathrooms. All of their products were high quality and the price was competitive for the quality. I thought they were easy to work with from quote through installation. I highly recommend them for your flooring. They have a lot of options. Don’t get overwhelmed, the sales people can help you find the right fit for needs and price.

These guys put in new flooring at my apartment by the request of the landlord today and they did such an amazing job. Great color to match the tile, they were quick and very polite when they showed up and they even fixed 2 parts of the carpet on my stairs for me for free while they were here! It was amazing to leave this morning with old dirty carpets and come home to brand new vinyl plank floors looking as beautiful as ever. Hector was also Great at communication and got his guys here on a Saturday for me. Will definitely use them again if needed.

This is a rebuttal to Gary Charness unflattering review of Valley Flooring. Gary Charness is a classic deadbeat we preformed a contract in his house signed by his wife Wendy Raddon upon completion of the contract he refused to pay the balance of the contract approx $4000.00. He turned us in to the contractors license board, the BBB, and others. After a lengthy court battle we were awarded a judgement of 22,693.36 this included our attorney fees SB court case # 16CV05061. All parties sided with us. After Us he also stiffed Abbey Carpet for about half of what was billed. He is not the ideal customer so merchants beware of this guy.
