Interesting supermarket, yesterday we were shopping and one of the employees followed us
He was watching us like we were going to steal something ,
We went back today and I was waiting outside for my wife and a security officer circling around three different times stopped in front of me and staring me down, very strange location never been treated that way
I don't recommend going there evidently it must be an extremely unsafe neighborhood for them to do this and treat their customers like this
Won't be going back to that location

I don't understand why when I order food the cashiers get angry that I give them a product separate from the cooked food. They always send me to pay in front of me. I only have 30 min breaks, not 1 hr. Thank you, good day

I was here walking through the produce section to walk to the juices. So I wasn’t looking at the floor, when all of sudden I slip because the floor was wet. There was not “FLOOR WET” sign anywhere insight.The worker that was near by didn’t even ask if I was okay when or asked for assistance. The worker just looked at me and went back to putting produce away. Shame that not even an “are you okay” is given. Not what I was expecting from this store.

I want to extend a shout out to the two store employees and security officer who came to my aid. I was buying groceries and placed one jar of pickles and one jar of pickled beets on the top cart. I forgot to place the flap down and the two Jars fell out onto the floor. What a mess. I was so embarrassed. These three heros stepped in to clean the mess. I apologized and they made me feel better by saying, " It's OK no problem. We have this." There smile and body language just calmed me down as I was feeling bad for my oversight. I wish I would have gotten there names but Vallarta Supermarket you have great people working for you. As I made my way through your store every person who worked for you while I was there yesterday, from the bakery, to the takeout food dept, to the meat dept, cheese deli and vegi dept, were all very happy to help me. Great job. I was very impressed.
