Sometimes attendants at the desk look tired and act a little grumpy but they have always done their job with a minimal of wasted time.Postal carriers do not like that our homes have letter slots at the door which makes their day longer but the complaints are minimal.

I lost my job because of this people. They lost my work permit and I was terminated from my job for several months. I asked them for proof they lost it so i can submit it to immigration services so a replacement permit could be sent to me, but they told me "we can't put anything in writing" meaning they can't admit their mistake when clearly, their driver deliver it to the wrong place and they never went to check or look for the permit and if they did, they didn't even bother calling me to update me. I spend months without a job and almost was replaced because of their lack of caring. Also the stress that took over me since they were not going to pay my bills, rent, or food. One of their workers just told me "can't you just get another one?" I literally payed $500 dollars of my hard earned money for it and I had to pay $500 dollars again because they refused to admit they lost it. I wish I could sue this place for all the damages they cause me. Why is it ok for this place to lose mail without any consequence? I hope that when someone sees this you tell your drivers how important it is to make sure they are delivering to the right address, you never know when one simple piece of paper can mess up someone's life. To the manager of this place, do better. I never asked for money back, only for a simple letter stating what happened, but your inability to take accountability for your workers mistake, made me not only lose my job, but also a lot of money. I don't want to blame the drivers cause I know how overworked they are and mistakes happen, I'm simply furious at how they don't take accountability for this and refused to help me.

Never had an issue with this place. They helped me get better prices on packages of mailed out through some timely suggestions and when they weren't super busy they've even chatted with me while ringing up items. Packages have always been on time. No complaints at all

I been trying to call the office because i need a package that I got lost in the mail but they take long as time to answer, the machine is always, talking and talking and talking and you will never talk to our representative or agent.

It's okay and that's all I can say about it. It's always very busy at the counter and the pick-up window is usually closed and which means you have to wait in a long line at the counter to pick up your packages.

They have a self-service kiosk, but it’s locked after hours. Every other location I’ve used has been open after the service desk so I could use the self-service option. Definitely frustrating.

On 06/19/23 at 8:30am the US Post Office in Santa Maria was closed, I checked the goggle web site and it stated it was open. The Post Office was obviously closed because of Juneteenth Holiday. Someone needs to update the wed site.

Instead of letting me explain the situation, the clerk dismissed me and said my mail would come. Guess who still hasn't gotten their mail!

Delivered package to wrong address and never cared to try to recover package. Got a call from some guy at the post office saying the driver wrongfully delivered the package and they would investigate. Never received a phone call back.

I ordered something online but then got a notification that It was delivered now I have someone else’s package and I will be going tomorrow for mine , i I don’t get my package i will take legal action for the unprofessional mailing this is disappointing..

They claim that they attempt to delivery but they say they couldn’t because of animal interference. I checked my surveillance cameras and no where is the usps delivery carrier and it’s been about a week that we haven’t received our mail! I mean is the carrier keep our mail? Is he stealing from us?

I had to send two boxes of donation to Brazil, I got there and first was attended by a sir that explained me that I had to open the boxes to know exactly what type of clothes and quantity was inside. I did and went back on line and was attended this time by a lady that was rude since the time that I put the boxes on top of the balcony. She made me buy a tape even knowing that her coworker made me open my boxes that were already properly taped before and made seem that I was d**** She also was being rude when saw the postal code from Brazil, that is normally a long number, and made fun of that. She made an easy process be so frustrating. I will wait for the next if I see her again, so disrespectful.
